Your private bathroom, just off the bedroom, includes a jetted bathtub. The full-sized kitchen has all the basic cooking essentials that you will need. The kitchen offers a small dining area. Your Living Room has a comfy sofa, flat screen T.V. with cable and a cozy gas fireplace. The private deck with patio furniture has gorgeous views of trees, mountains and Fall River. Please ask the owner to leave written instructions on how to navigate the two remotes for tv and DVD use. The oven should have a full-sized drip pan. A small BBQ on the deck would have meant less of a mess in the oven.Overall: a great stay!

Our stay was absolutely breathtaking. Being able to sit outside and enjoy Fall River right in our "backyard" was definitely a highlight of our stay. The condo was super CLEAN, checkin was a breeze, and communication leading up to our visit was prompt & polite. We cannot wait to visit again!

Perfect location

Easy access to RMNP and Estes Park. Literally right on the creek with a nice deck/patio. Beds were very comfortable and peaceful location for relaxing when we weren't out exploring.

Perfect Cabin Feel

My family came to visit and wanted to see Estes Park. The condo was in an excellent location, close to RMNP and town. It had a perfect cabin feel with a lovely view and creek below. The unit was very clean and nice. We enjoyed the fire place and large shower. Check in and out was easy. We would stay there again!
