Host was excellent and a great place to take a break and enjoy the Florida beach life. Lots of good places to eat or grab a brew all around, also a great setup for cooking a meal at the rental if you want. Well stocked, very clean, and a very convenient location. Thanks a ton for letting us borrow your place for a minute!

Sorry to hear you didn’t find the beds comfortable. They are brand new twin XL length mattresses with memory foam topper. Maybe they are too new! Thanks for the feedback - we will check them out again!

The description is accurate. However, doesn't do justice to just what an amazing place this actually is. 5 minutes walk to either a sunrise over the ICWW or a sunset over the Gulf.Quiet, well maintained, and easy access.Do Not Overlook this opportunity.

Great condo

We really enjoyed the condo. The check in process was easy. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The pools and hot tub were great! Winn Dixie is right across the street and there are restaurants nearby. The beach was a 12 minute walk from the condo. We would definately stay here again.

The most amazing stay!

It was our family's first trip to Florida and it couldnt have been more amazing! The condo was well kept, had everything we could have needed, and was in an amazing location! To have a pool steps away and the ocean a few blocks away was incredible. I don't think we could have stayed anywhere else, for a comparable rate, and have more fun than we did at this condo! Highly recommend to anyone! 👍👍👍

Is in a great location and enjoyed our stay!

Overall had a great time, and was plenty of household amenities that was supplied within, which was awesome! Condo isnt as quite as close to the beach that we'd of liked, was a decent walk with 2 yr old and everything youd want for the beach. Checkin process could of been easier, i spent 10 minutes looking for the lockbox on the poles at gate enterance. (More specific for future guests! Example: left side, 2nd Row, 4th from the left). Only other thing that would of made life a LOT easier was to add a second gate key. With one gate key i had to organize when i was gonna be back with rest of group and didnt make it as easy for any of us to go do anything without having time restraints. Beds where also kinda rock hard (could use at least some soft mattress toppers). All in all, had a great time and wasnt bad by any means, even tho it may sound like im doing a lot of complaining. Just seen little things that could easily be perfected to make this little place pretty awesome! Would stay here again!

Thank you for your suggestions Christopher! We just purchased the condo in April so we appreciate the feedback! It is a gated community - sorry that caused some inconvenience. We believe the condo is about as close to the beach as you can get without paying beachfront rates - but having two 2 year old grandkids ourselves, I can see that walking anywhere could seem like a hike! Perhaps we can look into a wagon! Hope that you will visit again!!!
