About this property

Resort-like complex with 2 pools Family Friendly condo. Walk to beach!

Perfect location for your family or the couple that wants to invite guests! Walk to everything - Madeira Beach, ROC park with pickle ball, tennis and basketball courts, playground and splash pad, grocery store, CVS, Dollar Tree, mini-golf, bars and restaurants! 2 pools, 4 fishing piers,(hot tub, sauna, exercise room, and clubhouse are under construction), free parking - all right in this peaceful gated Madeira Beach Yacht Club condo! This spacious 2 bedroom (4 bed), 1.5 bath condo is on the second story. It features a fully equipped kitchen, full size washer dryer, and everything you need to call it home. Living area has a sofa sleeper. Separate dining area with table for 6. One bedroom has a queen size bed plus a new futon that converts to a full-size bed. Second bedroom has two new twin xl beds - or put them together for a king bed. Pack and play or child mattress bed for little ones.
Full bath is accessible from both bedrooms upstairs. This is a 2 story unit with the bedrooms upstairs creating the perfect relaxation and privacy atmosphere. Half bath is on main level. There is also a screened in front entrance with a view of the pool and where the beach toys are kept. Everything is provided! Also supplied is additional linens, towels, and basic toiletries. Cable tv and internet with tv's in living room and main bedrooms. A few minute walk to the beautiful Madeira Beach or hop on the trolley for a very short ride to John's Pass just 2 miles away!
The hurricane affected the lower units and common areas of the Yacht Club. These areas are currently under renovation. Our upstairs unit was unharmed.

Other things to note:
-no smoking, vaping or pets are allowed
-self-check-in instructions will be provided with directions and details prior to arrival
-this is a second floor and 2 story unit - no elevator
-please reach out with any questions

The description is accurate. However, doesn't do justice to just what an amazing place this actually is. 5 minutes walk to either a sunrise over the ICWW or a sunset over the Gulf.Quiet, well maintained, and easy access.Do Not Overlook this opportunity.

We really enjoyed the condo. The check in process was easy. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The pools and hot tub were great! Winn Dixie is right across the street and there are restaurants nearby. The beach was a 12 minute walk from the condo. We would definately stay here again.

The most amazing stay!

It was our family's first trip to Florida and it couldnt have been more amazing! The condo was well kept, had everything we could have needed, and was in an amazing location! To have a pool steps away and the ocean a few blocks away was incredible. I don't think we could have stayed anywhere else, for a comparable rate, and have more fun than we did at this condo! Highly recommend to anyone! 👍👍👍

Is in a great location and enjoyed our stay!

Overall had a great time, and was plenty of household amenities that was supplied within, which was awesome! Condo isnt as quite as close to the beach that we'd of liked, was a decent walk with 2 yr old and everything youd want for the beach. Checkin process could of been easier, i spent 10 minutes looking for the lockbox on the poles at gate enterance. (More specific for future guests! Example: left side, 2nd Row, 4th from the left). Only other thing that would of made life a LOT easier was to add a second gate key. With one gate key i had to organize when i was gonna be back with rest of group and didnt make it as easy for any of us to go do anything without having time restraints. Beds where also kinda rock hard (could use at least some soft mattress toppers). All in all, had a great time and wasnt bad by any means, even tho it may sound like im doing a lot of complaining. Just seen little things that could easily be perfected to make this little place pretty awesome! Would stay here again!
