Summerhouse vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation at Summerhouse was excellent. The maintenance staff had to come in & they were very professional. The office staff was very helpful in answering any questions & in providing equipment for activities. Everything was comfortable & clean. If you are not used to stairs, this condo is not for you. But we did have a great time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great week at Summerhouse 130! The condo was in great condition, beautifully decorated and well stocked. Close to the beach, pool and pickleball courts, we were just a short walk to any activity we wanted to do. Summerhouse is located in a quiet, residential area, but close enough to restaurants, activities and the historic district - so you have the best of both worlds. The Summerhouse staff is friendly and helpful, ready to answer any questions!
