The place was clean & comfortable. Nice ocean view & beautiful beach with easy access. Shirley was extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations. Would stay here again if we return to St Augustine.

The host was WONDERFUL!! We had everything we needed in the condo!! Because she was going to be out of town during our stay, she called me personally to see if we had any questions and also e-mailed suggestions for restaurants! Shirley Hansen is an AMAZING host! We would give her TEN stars out of five!!!

Very nice condo. Had a few issues before my stay with communicating with the owner, but those were resolved. Office was not open on the weekend to get my car pass. Had to wait to Monday to get it. Shirley was very nice.

Summer 2019

Condo was just as described. Very clean and had an abundance of supplies.. washer and dryer looked new and worked well. I cannot think of anything that could have improved our stay. The beach was great! And we were very impressed with the area and friendliness of everyone. Plan on coming back!

Beautiful place

We had such a magical week of memories for our first time in St. Augustine. The condo was clean and perfectly laid out for us and our two girls. The view of the water was gorgeous. Shirley had home baked cookies and drinks/snacks waiting for us on arrival and was very easy to communicate with, but we didn’t need to since there were zero issues. It was well stocked with supplies and beach gear. Loved the nice new living room furniture and the updated kitchen and master bath. The pool was nice and never crowded. We normally visit the gulf, but the beach here is unmatched for space and beauty. The weather was hot, but that didn’t stop us from being out there every day because the ocean was the perfect temp. We saw sea turtles and dolphins, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and spent a day exploring the city on the trolley. Absolutely unforgettable vacation, we would come back in a heart beat. Already dreaming about next summer.

Perfect Location

What a fantastic condo. The view was outstanding; sunrise was a treat. The wildlife (dolphins off the beach, turtles while walking to the beach) was neat to see. The beach itself is a new favorite. The pool was nice. The proximity to everything we wanted to do made our trip so easy. We toured St. Augustine, climbed the lighthouse, drove to Jekyll Island for a day, Cape Canaveral for a shuttle launch, went to see manatees… I feel like we got so much in because of where we were. The condo was spotless. It is much more updated than the photos show and has comfortable furniture. We felt safe being gated. There was more than enough space for 4 of us. If you are coming to the area you should stay here. And: it is well stocked. Cooler, beach towels, boogie board, umbrella, looked like a pack-and-play, books, puzzles. We didn’t use everything but it has everything you need.

Wonderful accommodations and host!

First, the pictures don't do the property justice, as every space has been recently updated except for maybe the guest bath. Shirley sent us the check-in information well in advance and included restaurant recommendations. Arrival was a breeze and we found a personal note and snacks and drinks awaiting us in the condo. Such a nice touch! We had brought all our own beach stuff, but there were umbrellas, chairs and lots of beach toys/equipment for guests use in the condo closet. Beach access was very easy and it's wheel accessible so you can use a wagon to tote your beach stuff back and forth. We were there Memorial Day week and the beach was busy, but we never had a problem getting a good spot with plenty of space from others. We liked the location as everything we wanted to do was a short drive away.

Very clean and comfortable!. Beautiful view of sunrise over ocean.

The property is located directly on the ocean front and within easy driving distance of a variety of restaurants. The grounds of the property are well maintained and the pool was clean. All the fulltime residents we met were friendly. The unit we rented was zuper nice inside with modern appliances and well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry facilities. Everything a home needs. And the owners were very responsive and helpful which made our stay all the more enjoyable! Would stay here again anytime.

Beautiful condo and gorgeous ocean views!

This property is more than advertised, extremely clean and is an excellent accommodation for the price. It was nicely decorated with a recently updated kitchen, living room, tile flooring and owner’s bedroom/bath. The beds were comfortable and one of the few places on vrbo with a king size bed. We like to cook on vacation so having everything we could possibly need to cook and serve meals was extraordinary! My husband and I stayed with our 3 adult children for 5 days/4 nights in this spacious condo. Our family had plenty of room for all of us to be together and still have our own spaces. We all spent as much time as possible on the large balcony. The location on the 2nd floor was convenient as we could take the stairs rather than waiting for the elevator. It is a short walk to the wide, compacted, vehicle accessible white sandy beach. There were numerous chairs, toys, floats, and a umbrella for use on the beach. Anastasia is a very nice secure property with friendly tenants and the grounds are well kept. There is plenty of parking in the gated lot and the complex is located close to everything Saint Augustine has to offer. Shirley is a fabulous owner who communicated several times before and during our stay making check in and out a breeze! She had honest and helpful reviews of the restaurants and left us much appreciated treats that made our experience very pleasant! We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Wonderful time

We stayed with friends for 5 days. The unit was clean and well equipped. It fronted the ocean with a locked gate for access and that helped keep the beach uncrowned. Shirley and Chuck were friendly and very responsive.

A lovely condo in a fabulous setting

The condo was spotless, well appointed and very comfortable The view was a joy to wake up to and the wide beach was amazing Walking on the sand, especially at low tide was wonderful The condo was in a convenient location close to many restaurants and just a short drive to the historic section of St Augustine. The management staff was friendly and very helpful. I would definitely return.
