A newly renovated 2 bedroom apt located in the heart of town. Great for couples, families and everyday travelers. The location is AMAZING! Hoboken offers a stunning panoramic scene and waterfront walkway of the famous NYC skyline Only 5 min walk. NYC is accessible by Train, bus, ferry and car. This apt offers Smart entertainment systems including, Netflix, Free Wifi & a fully equipped kitchen. Short walking distance to restaurants, bars and local storefronts that cater to all your needs.

*About the space

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor & offers a queen size bed in one bedroom, 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom and a full comfy sofa bed. Sleeps up to 5 guests and provides extra towels, sheets and common toiletry products.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING- Violators will be asked to leave.

Be advised. Hoboken is considered City living, and our building is occupied with 8 units. Consistent with City living, guests may be subjected to hearing noise from their neighbors. However, loud disruptive noises (loud music or parties) will not be tolerated by us. If you are uncomfortable with that and are seeking complete silence, this rental is probably not for you.

Parking- The city of hoboken does not offer free parking, however upon request we can secure you an on street visitor parking permit for a reasonable fee. This will allow you park on the non-resident side without worry of feeding the meters. The other option is a parking garage only 1 block away for a fee of $26 a day.

Host was amazing and super helpful! Place was a 10 min walk to Hoboken PATH that takes you right into NYC. There is shopping and food all around. We loved staying here!

Nice place….great location.

It’s a nice place and the location is ideal. The distance to Washington St. and train station into Manhattan are very walkable.

The location in Hoboken is great with good bars and cafes nearby and easy access to Manhattan via PATH train. Check in and check out was super easy and the unit was clean and accurately described with 3 beds and the fold out couch. The only minor critique I have is that the lockbox for the keys was difficult to open/close and there was only one set of keys to share between 5 people. That isn't enough to effect the rating though, and I would definitely recommend this unit to others.

The property is clean, the host is great with communication, and the location is excellent, especially with the train nearby for easy access to New York. One thing to mention is that, being in a lively area, there can occasionally be some noise from cars in the early morning, people outside, or footsteps from other guests. That said, this is not something the host can really control, and overall I still give it 5 stars. I would definitely stay there again.

Safe neighborhood- easy commute to NYC- about a 10 minute walk to the train station (well lit). Toasty warm inside for our December trip. Great communication from the host.Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the kitchen/living room area.

The place was good for what we needed. One of the AC units didn't work at first and had a filter error.........so we cleaned it and then it started working after a reset. Kind of loud AC unit. But, besides that, mostly worked well.

Good experience. Description correct. Friendly communication. Nice and calm neighborhood with shops and small restaurants. That's making sense after and before an exiting but stressful day in NYC.

This property was a great place to stay as our family visited NYC! About a 12 minute walk to the PATH over to NYC. Enjoyed walking around Hoboken as well. Only reason for the 4 star (instead of 5) was that kitchen was lacking a roasting pan as we did plan to do some cooking while there. Also had issues with the internet working on one of the bedroom tv's. The main tv worked, so we just used that one. Overall, we had an enjoyable experience!!

Merci à notre hôte pour sa réactivité suite à un dégât des eaux à notre arrivée. Par la suite tout s'est très bien passé. L'appartement prévu mérite un peu de rafraîchissement. Celui que nous avons pu occuper était mieux.

Boa localização, a rua é sossegada e perto de transportes (10m do Path é um passeio agradável). Cozinha tem o essencial. Roupa de cama boa e quente. Os hospedeiros esteveram 100% disponíveis.
