Pets can not be left alone for more than 4 hours at a time. Pet waste needs to be picked up and disposed of in the main trash behind the garage
Pet can be walked along the street. Pets need to be 100% house trained . Accidents will be charged at $250 per incident .

My daughter had her wedding in Fallbrook. The commute was easy from Fallbrook

The room was quiet very clean had everything we needed with the exception of a couple more trash cans and a hook for hanging things like bathrobes other than that, I would stay there with no hesitation again

The guest house was amazing, literally had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The pool was so nice to hang out around with our son, his wife and our grandson, the hot tub was a great bonus too. The dogs were so cute and friendly, Dani and David were amazing, so helpful with planning our trip, once qe arrived Dani came over and showed us around the apartment. Everything was clean, super organized. I recomend to ANYONE looking for a great place to stay when in the area to stay here. Centrally located to stores, restraunts etc. Cant wait to come back!!! Thank you Dani and David. The loppnow family

Great experience!

Really impressed with this rental! It is very modern (upgraded)and even better in person! Great communication with the host, property was clean, had everything we could have needed and more (pots, pans, foil, cleaning supplies, washer/dryer, etc). Very good note explaining everything and it was welcoming to come into a home that had cold beverages, some candies, coffee, etc. The pull out bed and the main bed were really comfortable! All of the accomodations made it feel like a home away from home so next time we go to that area of California, I will be sure to check availability here first 😀. Oh, and I mentioned I was going to bring my infant so they put out an infant chair, had toddler dishes and even a nice baby bib.

The unit was beautiful and very clean. The host was communicative and the most hospitable host I have ever had. I am definitely going to stay there again the next time I'm in San Diego!
