What a location!!! Well named as we fell asleep to the sound of the seas every night! The beach was gorgeous, the pool is awesome, and we could walk or easily Uber anywhere and it’s quite reasonable!! The host was so kind to leave us some food & drinks, above & beyond! The condo inside is gorgeous, too, although we weren’t inside too much!

Accommodating for all

The property was very clean and accommodating. Communication with the host was excellent. The location is perfect with pool access on property and beach access steps from the room. The property had everything we need to enjoy the beach. We will definitely be coming back.

Spring Break with teens

We brought 5 teans from michigan to this awesome location. Pool, beach, safety was perfect. Highly recommend. Would have been great for all ages. Kiddie pool and attatched playground

Great Beach, pool and condo

The property manager was very responsive to all communication and provided for all our needs. The condo was clean and well equipped for a vacation on the beach. The beach and pool were wonderful. Great listing accuracy. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Only con is it was hard to sleep at night with all the noise. It was every night and very bad on the weekend. Clubs nearby must of had spring breakers.

Everything is very convenient and location is good. Very noisy at night—definitely need good ear plugs. Pool is dirty. Will not stay here agin.

Convenient but noisy

As the other reviews said, the weekends are very noisy and it’s hard to sleep. The weekdays were fine. It was nice that it was so close to everything and it served our needs perfectly. We did not need a rental car. The property manager was very good. The beach was just awesome!

Great location and large apartment

Although the apartment needed some minor repairs, it was a very nice day very comfortable. Appliances were clean and up-to-date Furniture is very comfortable. We had an issue with the refrigerator in the middle of our stay and management was very responsive, and the repair was made within one hour..

Family Vacation

Absolutely amazing, The process was very easy, our host and management were incredible. Responded very quickly with and questions I had. The apartment was beautiful and security was great. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Will absolutely be staying there again and would recommend 100%.

Great location

This property was a great location with great access to the beach and pool. Very secure and with amenities including beach chairs,towels and umbrella. Unfortunately the apartment needs some updating including sliding door that is off the tracks and the interior tempature was warm not dropping below 74-73 degrees door and Aneedsomuda

Location location location

It was awesome. We love that we were so close to the pool and the beach. A refrigerator stopped working the refrigerator and freezer but it was fixed as soon as it was possible to be fixed.

Island Paradise

This unit is absolutely the best we have stayed in. It was extremely comfortable, fully equipped with all you need to make it your vacation home. The host was very nice. Upon our arrival they had left coffee, milk, eggs, bread and drinks for us. Our view was breathtaking. We woke up everyday to an ocean view and every night we saw the beautiful sunset. This condo unit is a few steps from the beach. It t to s location us walking distance from restaurants, supermarkets, stores - near everything. If you are planning a visit to Isla Verde this us definitely the place to stay at. Thank you to the Marco Polo Collection for making our stay in Isla Verde effortless, welcoming and wonderful!

Quick stay in San Juan

Property has a nice view of the pool and beach and inside the rooms are comfy and kitchen sufficient. Good for families! Noise outside at night but bring earplugs and use white noise app and was ok for us. Kids sleep through anything.

Wonderful Isla Verde beach property

We stayed for 4 days with our family. Loved the location just steps from a pristine beach, clean pool, gated property and security that made us feel safe, organized check in process, easy parking, and an owner who has thought of everything we might need while on vacation away from home!

San Juan is great fun

Property is awesome - clean and convenient location - Only issue is street and nightclub noise thru the overnight hours - you will need white noise or earplugs to get a good night's sleep.

Perfect place for a family getaway!

We spent a fun week with our adult children here. The property is exactly as described. Communication with the property owners was prompt and friendly. For beach lovers, this was a perfect spot for us to enjoy our family for the week! We would most definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Beachfront

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beachfront was beautiful, and the pool was a great place to spend some time. The street could be noisy at times but there were a lot of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Mom’s and kids vacation

Condo was on the 4th floor overlooking pool and ocean. Easy to walk to all local restaurants. Home had 2 key fobs that you needed to access pool and ocean. Kept us feeling secure, but with a party of 7 sometimes difficult to get in and out. Condo was clean, master bedroom and other full/queen comfortable bed. Bunk bed was loud for the kids, but fine. Street is loud on weekends like others said. Beach was pretty, warm water, great waves without any riptides. Renting chairs and umbrella was nice to have and home had chairs and umbrella too! Walgreens next store was easy access and grocery store about 7-10 minute walk. Overall, great stay, easy access. Did not rent a car as our stay was only 4 nights, but took Ubers/taxis to old San Juan. Would return!

Had a lovely stay

Check in was quite easy. Beach is beautiful there. Bring cash for chairs and umbrellas and food/drink vendors. There are sports type chairs in the condo to use if you like those type of chairs. I noticed beach toys and a cooler too which we didn’t use. Master bed is a firm sleep so bought a mattress pad that I left for future guests if it didn’t tossed out. Be warned on the weekends there’s a lot of street noise like music and horns honking until like 5:00 am so bring earbuds. After the weekend it was quiet and we slept well. We had an afternoon flight out and the property manager was great and let us have a late check out so we didn’t have to run around finding something to do. If we go back to PR I would stay here again. Also, don’t waste money on a rental car like we did unless you plan to explore the island. There are several restaurants within walking distance of Walgreens right across the street. The only time we move the car was to go to wall Mart and get that mattress pad. Also very safe there are multiple locks on doors and multiple key fob gates between the beach and the condo. We feel very safe the entire time.
