Overlooking the pristine shores of Ortley Beach, this property boasts one bedroom and one bathroom, providing cozy accommodations for your family vacation. Just a couple of minutes walk to the Seaside Boardwalk with tons of restaurants, rides, and entertainment.

7 night minimum rental during July & Aug. Linens and bath towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels.

Additional house rules:
-We only rent to individuals over 25 years of age. Anyone under 25 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
-No prom stays,
-No alcohol consumption by guests under the age of 21,
-No beach badges are provided, but daily and weekly badges can be purchased on the beach

Great beach view

Condo had EVERYTHING needed to make our stay comfortable. Clean…most important. Within walking distance of many restaurants and the board walk. Open the sliders and the smell and sound of the ocean was awesome. Very relaxing.

Condo on the beach

Rental included many nice amenities, sheets, bathroom and kitchen towels, binoculars, beach chairs, umbrella and many more things that were noticed and appreciated. Felt very secure in this condo when staying by myself knowing that the 3 locks on the front door and the 2 locks on the sliding door Made me feel safe. The views were amazing and sitting on the deck every night was so relaxing and hearing only the sounds of the ocean was amazing. Wonderful vacation at this location.
