Ce condominium offre tout le confort pour un séjour de détente pour les Smokies. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size. Le grand maître de bain a une douche step-in et une grande baignoire jacuzzi. La chambre d'hôtes avant a deux lits queen, avec une salle de bain complète adjacente avec un ensemble douche / baignoire. La chambre mezzanine spacieuse, la Fox Den, a une reine lit avec une salle de bain complète adjacente avec un ensemble douche / baignoire. Quatre téléviseurs sont inclus, un dans la région de salon et un dans chacune des trois chambres à coucher. Notre cuisine est entièrement équipée verrerie, ustensiles de cuisine, vaisselle, argenterie et des ustensiles et appareils de taille complète, y compris un lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes. La buanderie a une laveuse et une sécheuse. Tous les draps sont fournis, et nous fournissons un grand parking gratuit.

The condo was great! Everything was neat and tidy when we first checked in. Checkout process was easy. The condo itself is located at the perfect location, quick walk to downtown Gatlinburg and quick walk into the Smokies. Couldn't have asked for more from this VRBO!

Great place for a family vacation

It was great...nice walk downtown, close to some places to eat and a small store, and quiet. Easy parking and a little fishing.

The condo is close to the parkway which made it very convenient to get to the things we wanted to do while in Gatlinburg. This was my first time staying at Park Place, but my wife and family have stayed there previously and now I know why they enjoy it so much. Enjoying a cup of coffee while sitting on the balcony was one of my favorite things. We even saw a bear.

Reviewer Comments: We stay here every year for so many reasons, first the people working at the desk have been there for years and are super nice, it is clean, way more for your money, 3 bedrooms have upstairs downstairs love it, great view of the stream and listening to it at night, pool is kept clean along with the jacuzzi, have seen bears walking down the creek, can walk to parkway without having to loose your breathe along the way, Trolley stop is there also, great location, has everything you need in the condo, can even request more towels if needed, big balcony, sometimes will offer free show tickets, after having night fun with moonshine tasting no worries of having to drive home in the dark up a mountain, can walk or need be take a uber. Just great on every level.

Close to the parkway Within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. They were doing updates while we were there on the balconies and it was messy outside. The pool was good enough but we were disappointed in the condition of the hot tub. It was in need of repair.

Great place but...

We’ve stayed in these condos since the early 90’s. Great location, and property is clean. However this place could use a remodel. Leather sectional is uncomfortable, coming apart and stained. All the beds need to be updated the mattress are saggy and uncomfortable. Pillows are flat. I really love this place but it just needs to be updated. Also the green carpet 🤦🏼‍♀️
