Welcome to your Smoky Mountain sanctuary. This beautiful renovated 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo comfortably accommodates 7 to 8 guest and offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern elegance. Located just steps from the border of the
Great Smoky Mountains National Park and a short walk to downtown Gatlinburg, it's the ideal home base for your mountain get-a-way. The master bedroom has one king bed. The large master bath has a step-in shower and a large Jacuzzi tub. The front guest bedroom has two queen beds, with an adjacent full bath with a shower/tub combination. The spacious upstairs loft bedroom, the Fox Den, has a queen bed with an adjacent full bath with a shower/tub combination. Four televisions are included, one in the living room area and one each in the three bedrooms. Our fully equipped kitchen has glassware, cookware, dishes, silverware and utensils and full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. All linens are furnished, and we provide ample free parking.

Peaceful and relaxing

Checkout was even easier. No bear sighting this time, too early. Repeat vacationers!!

Clean Roomy And great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo 402 we had plenty of room. Clean with all the amenities. Close to the park entrance made it easy to get to our hiking trails. Close to the parkway Within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. They were doing updates while we were there on the balconies and it was messy outside. The pool was good enough but we were disappointed in the condition of the hot tub. It was in need of repair.

Family Time

Good budget but beware

Great parade weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit was nice and clean. Still the original build and an update for a bigger shower in the master bath would be great. All the beds were nice but the upstairs bed definitely needs a new mattress. Thank you for allowing the use of you unit. The staff is awesome and so easy and wonderful to work with every year.

Will not stay there again!

Good for what we needed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo worked for what we needed but it is dated and could us a good face lift. The location is good and walking distance to Parkway which is one reason we chose it, plus there was room for all of us. We did enjoy the back balcony which overlooks a river stream. There were several minor maintenance problems with it which we did report to management.

Great condo

But the condo could use a little updates and the couch needs to be replaced ur basically seating on the floor that how bad it sags!!! The stove handle is falling off and spatula had no handle.

It fit our group very well for what we needed and I would definitely stay again. Guest room beds were a little hard, could use new mattresses or mattress toppers. Beautiful river view off back balcony. Great weekend get-away!

Christmas celebration

This place was great for getting away with our parents and daughter! An older property but very clean - and a perfect location! Quiet but close to the best restaurants in Gatlinburg

Great place but...

We’ve stayed in these condos since the early 90’s. Great location, and property is clean. However this place could use a remodel. Leather sectional is uncomfortable, coming apart and stained. All the beds need to be updated the mattress are saggy and uncomfortable. Pillows are flat. I really love this place but it just needs to be updated. Also the green carpet 🤦🏼‍♀️

Park place condos

We have stayed in these condos before, but first time in this unit. The place is nice because it’s big enough for my family and the price is great. However, the place was not as clean as I would have liked it to be. There was what appeared to be urine on the bathroom floor upstairs when we got there. Some of the doors don’t shut and some of the doors don’t have locks on them, like the bathroom door. Light fixture over the table had several lightbulbs out. The place is outdated, but if it had been cleaner, I would be ok with that. Kitchen could use updating. Oven handle is bent. The balcony is nice and the location is prime, but I’m not sure we will stay there again.

We also have a family get together Saturday night with lots of delicious food and bingo. The kids love bingo. We get the meeting room and it is one big party. We all love staying at Park Place. All the condos have lots of room and we are convenient to everything.
