Main level: second king suite with tub/shower, living room with queen sleeper sofa, kitchen, dining, balcony, and private hot tub
Loft (spiral stairs): queen bed, arcade game, and a full bath with tub/shower

This is an amazing property! It is clean, well furnished and close to all the attractions in Gatlinburg. We were able to walk to all the local attractions and restaurants and at the end of the day, the hot tub was a nice treat!

Our family had a great stay in Gatlinburg. Everything was as described. Location which was close enough to walk to the shops and restaurants but far away to be quiet and relaxing. Our kids enjoyed the arcade games in the loft and the hot tub was nice after so much walking/hiking. Host was provided lots of info and didn’t have any issues. Would definitely recommend!

This property has everything needed to enjoy your stay in the Smoky Mountains. We enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony and evening soaks in the hot tub. Easy walk to all downtown activities. Very clean and comfortable.

I was concerned about the stairs traveling with a 1 year old looked everywhere to try to find pictures of where the steps were located and to see what kind of baby gate we would need but could not find a pictureSo I took a photo just incase someone stresses like I do We used the coffee table (Worked great!!)This place was cleanThe hot tub was nice!Location was awesome The host was great!!Very quick to respond with any questions!!We had 6 adults and a 1 year old!Had plenty of room and privacy!!

Baseboards, behind the bed, dryer vents, and fans were all covered in dust. I contacted the host about it and she said she would “let the cleaning people know.” We never heard from them. There was microbial growth inside the skylight of the master shower and black mold inside the washer. The lighting in the place is terrible. Some rooms had no bulbs, some rooms had multiple different colored bulbs. The family furniture was clearly done on the cheap and provided zero comfort. Bring your own pillow unless you like sleeping on styrofoam peanuts. There was so much chlorine in the hot tub that our eyes were burning and we were coughing. It’s clear to me that the owner of this unit lives out of town or never stops by to make sure it’s up to par for renters. We will not be renting here again. I really hope the owners invest in some improvements and deep clean before continuing to rent this unit. On a positive note, the location was a 10/10.

Excellent place to stay. We walked to everything in Gatlinburg. I would definitely stay here again. The only issue we had, was we arrived after check in and place was not ready. Communication with host was quick and cleaners got the place ready. You could tell it was a quick clean, but other than that it's an excellent place to stay.
