About this property

Spacious Villa with Private Heated Pool & Office

Fully renovated & beautifully decorated, this 2300+ sqft villa w/ private heated pool is in a gated, guarded resort that's quiet, yet very close to supermarkets & restaurants. It's less than 10 miles from Disney. With 5 bedrooms & 3 full baths, fully equipped kitchen w/ breakfast bar, large living room w/ 8-seat dining set, dedicated office room & a patio, my house easily accommodates multiple families. It's very kids-friendly w/ games arcade, games table & baby items. All rooms have smart TVs.

The Space:
The house is in the Lake Berkley Resort in Kissimmee, FL. There are plenty of amenities, including a gym, a community pool in addition to my own pool, a tennis court, a basketball court, a lake, a trail, a fishing deck, a beach, and a playground for kids. It's in a gated and 24/7 guarded community, very close to a Walmart and plenty of restaurants and stores.

Guest Access:
Smart lock with a code to be sent before check-in.

***Pool heating is optional. Heating fee applies. Swimming in the winter and early spring depends on the weather and how long the pool heater has been on.
***Swimming at your own risk. Adult supervision is required for children at play.
***Smart TVs are configured with Netflix and Youtube. Guests please use your own accounts for TV channel subscriptions such as Youtube TV.
