Pool and hot tub are not permanently heated at all times. Host can turn on pool or hot tub at anytime (can have the hot tub ready for when you get back home after a long day!). Please ask host any questions about pool and hot tub heating.

House was very close and convenient to Disneyland, 12 minute drive. House was laid out well and worked great for 2 adults and 2 teenagers with sizable dining area and tv space. House was well appointed with everything we needed and I appreciated the provided coffee k cups and creamer so I didn’t need to make an immediate store run for our first morning. Would definitely stay here again.

The Beat House was just that. The yard is kept up and the house was very clean on the inside. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept really well. The pool and spa were clean but didn’t get to use it much since we were gone the majority of the time.I definitely recommend the house and hopefully we’ll be back soon. Thank you Eric!

The home was clean. In addition to the pool and game room, there are also board games. It’s about 10 minutes from Disneyland. You can see the fireworks every night on either side of the garage/game room. The owners are very thoughtful. They have everything you need for a family vacation. You won’t go wrong if you book it. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Anaheim home close to parks

The home was well stocked, nice towels, great water pressure, comfy beds and sofa. The TVs had some connectivity issues that didnt seem related to the internet, so watching anything wasnt easy, but the hot tub and pool more than made up for it. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect home for a Disney visit

Thank you Eric for a wonderful stay. The house is so well equipped, with everything clearly labelled. Plentiful supply of towels and toiletries, as well as lots of pool towels. We really appreciated the complimentary drinks and popcorn! Listing describes the house accurately. As a family of 2 adults and 3 older teens we had plenty of space inside, and teens loved that there was a TV in every room! Short Uber to Disney. Pool and hot tub was a great way to relax after busy days at the parks. Eric is an excellent host, very clear communication and super responsive. Highly recommended this home!

Lovely older home with plenty of everything supplied. TV in every room. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable for all. Disneyland is about a 5 minute drive and we could watch the fireworks every night from the backyard. I would recommend staying here for your vacation. We were a family of 5.

Couldn't have been better. Spotlessly clean, well furnished, unexpected extras like face tissue in every room and free Keurig coffee. Would not hesitate to book again for the next family trip to Disneyland.

This charming historic house was the perfect home base for our two-family reunion (4 adults 4 kids). Since we were flying in from different parts of the country, we wanted a place where we could spend real time together—not just retreat to separate hotel rooms at night. This house delivered.The kids (ages 5–12) loved the bunk room with its own TV and the heated pool, and the big dining table became our gathering spot every morning and evening. All the beds were comfortable, and the pillows were so good I checked the label so I could order my own at home (Tempur-Pedic Cloud Breeze!).The location is fantastic: a quiet neighborhood, but less than 10 minutes from Disneyland. We also made easy day trips to Crystal Cove State Park and Universal Studios Hollywood.The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need: pool towels, to-go coffee cups, baking supplies, salad dressing, and more. I especially appreciated how clearly labeled everything was; it made settling in and finding things a breeze. There are a few scuffs in the paint and trim around the house, but that’s to be expected in a well-loved historic home.Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and we’d definitely return the next time we visit SoCal as a family group.

Can’t recommend this house enough!

Eric is a really receptive and prompt host. Was easy to contact and responded immediately. Loved the house which had pretty much every amenity you may need from home. Loved the complimentary coffee for Keurig machine available. Pool and hot tub were great. It took us less than 5 minutes to uber to Disney land. I will absolutely book this house again. Thank you Eric!!

Adorable, cute and cozy

Great, cute home. Has a layout that is great for a family-Disney trip. Adorable feel! Cozy and had a good array of amenities. Cooking was easier then other VRBOs. Loved the large dinning table and the bedrooms where laid out great for kids and a combined family vaca. Our kids loved the backyard space and location was amazing in vicinity to Disney.

Truly The Best

I travel a lot. This house was phenomenal. It checked every box and more. Location is perfect for Disney visitors. House is perfectly stocked. Very comfortable for a family. Decorated like a "home" without feeling like you are imposing. Pool & hot tub were top notch. Disney fireworks are visible from back yard. I could go on & on...

We had a great stay

The property manager was very quick to respond to messages. The house was perfect for our family. We didn’t walk to Disneyland, it said it was a 30 minute walk, but it was a short drive. You can’t really see the fireworks from the backyard and the pictures were fancier looking than the actual house but the house was adorable and totally met all of our needs. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed having our own space. There was 8 of us. TVs in all rooms was a nice touch. Was great having a washer n dryer. Quiet neighborhood. Property manager was very accommodating and replied quickly to messages.

Perfect location

Main reason for our stay was to visit Disneyland and Hollywood. This was the perfect location for my family as our party consisted of two families. Disney is 5 minutes away, Hollywood was 55 minutes away, and Long Beach was about 20-30 minutes away. If you're looking for the Best tacos, Tacos los Cholos was 10 mins away.The other family that was with us made a visit to San Diego and indicated it was about 2 hrs. Premises and house were clean and enjoyable. Game room was fun. Jacuzzi was clean. Nick was very responsive to any questions i had. Overall, it was a great experience and would stay here again.

So much room and so much to do!

We brought a family group to Disney, so had very little time to use all of the amenities. There are so many! We had a senior citizen couple, a teenager, a middle aged woman and a nine year old. All with very different needs. We each got our own room and our own tv to spend some much needed time apart. But also plenty of seating in the great room to watch movies as a family. So close to Disney ($7/6 min Uber ride!) You can see the Disney fireworks from the front yard everynight, but they are loud and EVERY car alarm goes off at the finale.

Loved everything about our stay!

We were a family group of 9 - 5 adults (mid 30’s to seniors) and 4 children (5-8 years).This property was absolutely perfect. The house is very large - bungalow, so no stairs (three steps up to enter - good railings at side door)! Beds were very comfortable, totaling four bedrooms - so we all had our own space, which is necessary in a large group. Kids shared a bedroom - bunkbeds were a hit.Kitchen exceeded our expectations with respect to being well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We ate many meals in - saved lots of !House well stocked in every way - Kleenex, TP, paper towel, shampoo, conditioner, laundry supplies, coffee supplies, tea). Washer and dryer appeared brand new and we used them a lot!Tons of high quality towels - separate ones for pool use.TV in LR with great selection of programming, and in each bedroom - but we didn’t use those.The yard!!!!! Massive and so well maintained, beautiful pool and hot tub (safely fenced separately, important if you have littles). We spent many hours there. Secure parking in back for 4 vehicles - heavy gate. We felt very safe in this clean, quiet,well maintained area.Close to Disneyland - 5-8 minute drive. Would be an easy walk for adults and teens - we did not try it because of our young kids.We have stayed in several vacation rentals - this would definitely be one of the top choices.Also important - host is very responsive, no delays.Our entire group would love to go back to “The Best House”!

The house was lovely. Comfortable, clean, and unique with interesting built-ins. Everything and more that we could have needed to cook, be comfortable, and enjoy ourselves was well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing around the pool after busy days at our convention. Our host was very accommodating and answered our couple of questions immediately. Highly recommend!!
