It is just 7 minutes from the World Equestrian Center and 7 minutes from highway 75. The Master bedroom has its own bathroom. The garage is converted into a fun game room. Free WiFi & Keypad for easy check-in.

âąThere shall NOT be SMOKING or unauthorized PETS. An Extra cleaning fee of $300 will be charged.
âąWash your dishes after use.
âąDo not rearrange our furniture.
âąNOT special events are allowed. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning; guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of $250 and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
âąNOT DRUGS are allowed. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
Lastly, because this is a VRBO community not a hotel, and is also my home please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.
