NEW, trendy, 5 min walk to Jacksonville Beach-surfing, fishing, boating- two bedroom, one bath beach house sleeps 6. Conveniently located in the heart of Jax Beach, this adorable bungalow is central to the best shopping, dining and white sandy beaches of the Atlantic! Backyard features a private tropical oasis complete with hot tub, outdoor dining and box garden. Minutes drive to historic St. Augustine, Neptune Beach, Vilano Beach, Ponte Vedra and so much more!
Two bedroom-one bath single level beach bungalow features all new furnishings, linens, kitchen accessories and has terracotta flooring throughout. Every room decorated with a beach vibe to bring your tropical vacay indoors! The kitchen, dining area and living room has a spacious open floor plan. The living room features a 55` Roku tv and a queen sized sleeper sofa. The dining area is stylishly decorated in a beach farmhouse theme. The master bedroom features a king sized bed and 36` wall-mounted smart tv. The second bedroom features a queen bed and 36`, wall-mounted smart tv. The bathroom features a shower/tub.
The back yard is fenced in with a tall privacy fence provides a peaceful place for your family and friends to gather and is the perfect space to let your pets safely play. The backyard features a new hot tub that seats 6, a fire pit and aderondak seating, a charcoal grill, patio sofa and ottomans, and has string lights to set the mood for your evening outdoor fun.
1. Quiet hours in town limits are from 9:30 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. and are enforced by Beach Police.
2. Absolutely no smoking inside the house.
3. Maintain cleanliness at all times. Do not move furniture from its original location.
4. Maximum of two dogs per reservation, and the pet fee must be paid at the time of booking. No pets on furniture.
5. Special events or gatherings are not permitted during your stay. We must be made aware of the number of guests that will be staying. Visitors are limited to two hours each day.

Checkout Procedures:
1. Please do your best to leave the house in good condition for the housekeepers. They very often have a limited amount of time to get the house clean and sanitized prior to the arrival of the next guest.
2. Remove ALL food and trash from the house. Place trash in the garbage bins provided for you and take to the end of the driveway to be picked up by the public waste management department. (Garbage is (Monday/Thursday) Recycling is( Tuesday/Friday) Please bring bins in after it is collected and returned to the appropriate place.
3. Start the dishwasher.
4. Gather all used bath linens and place in the bathtub.
5. Make sure thermostat is set 70 degrees, close all windows, and lock all doors.

Wonderful bungalow near the beach

This house was perfect for our needs. The rooms were perfect size for 2 people. The outdoor area was a delight. Loved reading in the breezeway. Location couldn't have been better - short walk to the beach and restaurants. The managers were lovely to deal with. I would definitely come back.

Perfect!

We loved our time there. We came to visit family and it was spacious enough to host dinner for everyone while visiting. We were close enough to the beach to walk there but far enough away for peace and quiet. Our hosts accommodated while we were there, giving us suggestions on what’s around, fixing our WiFi issue because of the storm, and checking in via the app to make sure we had everything we needed. We’ll be back next year for sure!

Awesome vibe

We got there with no problems. The descriptions of everything on the website was exact. Very close to everything, shopping centers, restaurants, beach access. We walked to the beach everyday. 5 minute walk. We absolutely loved the location. Brian the host was amazing and friendly. We will be staying here again and would recommend anyone to use this property. Thanks for the awesome memories.

Great 5 day stay

We stayed with our two kids and dog. It was a great experience. The fenced yard and jacuzzi was awesome. Local shops in the area were nice easy walk. About 10 min walk to the beach and you do have to cross A1A, however there is free parking on 3rd street that was easy enough if you don't want to walk. All in all, I would highly recommend.

Completely Accommodating

This property had everything I required and more. The decor was beautiful we felt like we were at the beach. My husband an I both suffer from back trouble the king bed couch , dining room furniture was firm an very comfortable. To add to this most important was the complete secure fencing of the backyard an side front yard allowing for us to let dogs out night or day an not worry about them getting away. We enjoyed ourselves so much we rebooked for the future again before leaving. Angela the host was great an accessable. We stayed recently March, 2024. Ervin/Shirley Way@pets

The location and the awesome backyard are the best features of the house. The private backyard with firepit, hot tub, patio seating and grill make this house truly serene. The house is close to literally everything, and it's only a five minute walk or one minute drive to the beach. Each room has a roku smart tv. The kitchen is fully stocked for the chef in your group. Keurig and k-cups provided. The house is adorably decorated with a beach vibe. The owner tried to think of everything to make guests comfortable, to feel at home and to have a great vacation on the beach!
