Phoenix VI es uno de los complejos de condominios más relajantes en la costa del golfo. Hay una razón por la cual más vacacionistas se quedan en este condominio que cualquier otro en Orange Beach.



No hay un mejor lugar para alojarse para usted y su familia que Phoenix VI y este condominio de 2 habitaciones. Hay muchas actividades que incluyen una sala de pesas, cancha de racquetball, sauna, piscina cubierta, jacuzzis, canchas de tenis, cancha de baloncesto y piscina al aire libre. Incluso hay una bonita zona de cenador para relajarse mientras haces una barbacoa.



Venga a relajarse en el enorme balcón acristalado del primer piso con vista directa a la piscina al aire libre con excelentes vistas del golfo. Abra las tres puertas correderas en el balcón para disfrutar del aire fresco del golfo. Tenemos una cama King en el dormitorio principal y 2 dobles en la habitación de invitados. ¡También tenemos una cerradura de entrada sin llave en la puerta principal para que no tenga que mantenerse al día con las llaves durante su estadía! Estamos convenientemente ubicados al lado de restaurantes, supermercados y no lejos de los centros comerciales.

Check in was easy, no problems. Unit was located on the first floor with one covered parking spot. Very nice unit. Kitchen was fine. Nice enclosed balcony to look out on pool and beach area. Bedrooms were roomy. The beds were not the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Refrigerator has ice maker but it was not working. Pool area was big and very clean. Nice boardwalk to walk to the beach. We had a really great time.

Best view with a closed in balcony!

THIS IS A MIST TO BOOK! THE ROOM IS AMAZING AND IT COMES WITH YOUR OWN HUGE BALCONY WITH DOORS TO LET THE AIR IN! WE WILL DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN! CHECK IN AND COMMUNICATION OF THE OWNER WAS EXCELLENT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Excellent for families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay here. Everything was nice and clean and there was plenty of room for us and our four kids. We especially liked the convenience of the room location being ground floor and immediately off the lobby. Downsides would be the noise that came with being close to areas where people were a lot, but it didn’t really bother us. The garage space that came with the condo is very convenient as well. The beach here at phoenix vi is wonderful and all the amenities we used were nice. We had a great vacation.

The property was fine. The front shower was broken. I tried to call and left messages the whole first day, with no response. I received a call back the next day and was told that someone would be on the way soon to fix it. They never came.

Reviewer Comments: When looking for a place to stay my mom.brain went into saftey mode I didn't want a high up floor because I have 3 year old triplets that's very curious and likes to climb . When I seen this with the sunroom that still had balcony doors that could open and we could see the beach and pool it was like it was made for us . Very clean room not over packed on the beaches . Extremely family friends it checked all our boxes and we hope to be able to stay here again next vacation it was perfect all around no complains

Loved the location, close to everything. Really enjoyed having the large sunroom. Perfect place for the kids to play, then the adults later at night. Would defiantly stay there again.

Master bath room was very nice and spacious. Room/Balcony was not cleaned well. Broken glass(large pieces) on balcony floor cut son's foot. Floors were on the dirty side, especially under furniture. Noisy, although somewhat expected, was especially loud with banging sounds in master bath. Recommend sound machine/white noise for children.

Dirty condo

The condo was not clean the floors were not swept or mopped. Carpet looked dirty glass doors didnt look like they were cleaned in months.sunroom had not beencleaned at all very disappointed! The pool was great beach was great. Really need to check with your cleaning crew!!!!

Room for the family

Excellent location to the pool and beach up one floor via stairs or elevator. The enclosed porch provided extra room for separate family activities of games, relaxing or meals. Great working ice maker, and a clean unit. The only things I would suggest is a Keurig coffee maker and a mattress topper for the king size bed. Thank you for sharing your place on the beach with us!

Most is as pictured except for the LR chairs which are no longer there. Husband would have liked to have had a comfortable recliner. The desk by dining table is super nice for computer. All appliances worked. Mr Coffee but would be nice to have a Kcup so had to have filters and ground coffee. Kitchen equipment needs updating, knives, pot and pans and no scissors, mixing/storage bowls. Just newly painted and clean. King bed was comfortable. Shouldn't have to purchase a parking pass-should be included with total price.

Perfect location and size!

Four adults and three kiddos, 4, 3 and 1…The size was perfect. And the enclosed balcony was even better than we imagined. The kids loved it and it was totally safe, since we have a one-year old climber. Super easy to let them play knowing they were safe!! We enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails. The view was great; and we were able to spot dolphins! The kitchen was super stocked with everything we needed and more. The location of the two separate bedrooms and bathrooms allowed for privacy for everyone. A++ guys…and we look forward to booking again soon! Sarah, Heather, Nicholas, Erin & the kiddos

The Phoenix 6 had some great spaces for team gatherings and large enough to spread out when we needed space. Everything was as promised and expected. Our room was more spacious than we imagined and could have had more guests given the enclosed balcony. We were nervous that we were on the 1st floor but that was never an issue!

Perfect location with all the amenities

This is a lovely first-floor condo with an exceptional patio. The pictures don't capture the size or view from the patio, but it's much bigger than the other condos at Phoenix 6. It also has sliding glass doors that allow you to keep out the wind (it was a little chilly during our stay). Phoenix 6 has an indoor racquetball court and a nice indoor pool area. This was great for the days we got rained out - it kept our kiddo entertained. The condo is also in a great part of Orange Beach, very close to restaurants and fishing charters. I would recommend this property for anyone looking for a low-key affordable oceanfront stay.
