The Space:

BookSmart Properties presents: King's Sandcastle! Location is the key word for this beautiful Buck Island property that offers FREE POOL HEAT for your stay! The pool is open from April through October. Perfectly placed between the beach & downtown Corolla activities, it's only a 3 min walk to beach and a 5 min walk to shops & restaurants. This community and home is perfect for families, where you can walk along the canal and ponds and see tons of turtles, which your little ones will love! Or if you choose to relax at the house for a night in, inside the home are tasteful furnishings and decor that nicely set the ambience for your beach week, as well as a brand new pool and hot tub for 2024.



There is quite a list of amenities available to you when you choose our home in Buck Island. Community perks include a cabana-style bath House at a private beach access with lighted walkways, a fantastic community pool, lush landscaping, community tennis and basketball courts, a children's playground, recreation courts, and expansive wide beaches. You can rent cabanas, surf boards, and have a snack at the beautiful oceanfront bath house.



Besides the community amenities, the home itself is beautiful. The top level offers a lovely open floorplan, with plenty of windows flooding the space with Carolina sunshine. In the kitchen you will find modern appliances & all the supplies needed for the chef of your group to prepare meals. There's plenty of seating at the dining table, or take it outdoors and dine al fresco on the deck. The bar seating at the counter is perfect for conversation & keeping the chef company, or grabbing a quick snack before heading out the door to the beach. Cozy couches in the living room are great for watching movies in the evening, and there's a desk set up in the ships watch for those who need a spot for productivity. Rounding out this level is a large master king suite, with a full ensuite bath & garden soaking tub.



4 more bedrooms are down the stairs, each with direct access to a bathroom. Another master king suite, a queen suite with a full bath, a bunk room with 4 twin beds that shares a jack and jill bathroom with another room with 2 twin beds provide plenty of options for accommodating every member of your group. On the mid level deck is additional seats as well as a porch swing.



Outside, there is a brand new pool with FREE POOL HEAT and 7 person hot tub installed for 2024. You can relax in the spa or take a dip in the sparkling new pool, or suntan on the decks with a snack.



Finishing up the home's accommodations is a bonus den on the ground floor with a couch and TV, pool table, and arcade machine, as well as a mini kitchenette. Laundry is available as well for convenience in keeping your clothes sand free during your stay.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 25. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



Pets are not permitted at this property. The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: bringing pets to the property, late departure without approval by host, or leaving the home excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
