My friend and I had a fantastic stay in our unit at Rich's property! Rich was professional, attentive and responsive and Marc was lovely to engage with throughout the weekend and had great suggestions for us. Check in and check out were very easy. We got in later than expected our first night due to weather and traffic holding us up, but it was no problem at all. The unit was organized (great use of space!), very well-stocked (had everything we needed and more) and so well-appointed and absolutely spotless, with a comfortable bed and great set up. We could not have asked for a better location for our first time exploring Provincetown. We could walk to absolutely everything and we did! After hours wandering around and enjoying everything Ptown had to offer, we were delighted to come back to a cozy home base, especially on our one rainy day (extra umbrellas were hanging right by the door - a nice plus!). The garden and patio were inviting and we were lucky to be there when the lilac bush was blooming, which filled the air with the most amazing scent. Can't say enough good things and will definitely be coming back based on this amazing experience! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!!

I had a lovely stay at Monument View. Rich was incredibly communicative.The location was perfect for walking into the heart of P-town. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing with ample outdoor space. The condo was well-stocked and just the right size.

Fabulous Stay

Richard was extremely professional and organized. Room was very clean and neat. It had all of the amenities that anyone could ever need. Location of house is on a very quaint and quiet street located in the heart of P-town.We would definitely stay there again.

Rich is a wonderful host and the place was perfect. Steps away from Commercial Street and a short walk to the Ferry. This is place and a host I higly recommend. Couldn't be more pleased.

Pictures don’t do it justice. It’s bigger and cuter in real life. Very comfortable for two people. Has everything you need. In a great location that’s quiet but close enough to all the action.

Wonderful Stay

An anazing property for two that was very well thought out with an incredible use of space.We especially enjoyed having dinners outside under the bistro lights and having use of a grill. The unit was spotless. Having access to a washer and dryer was an added plus. We will definitely be returning.

Perfect!

The entire place was perfect! My husband and I spent a week here and absolutely loved it! A block and a half off Commercial Street and walkable to just about everything. Rich has the place stocked with just about anything you might need. He's quick to communicate and check in with you too. If Provincetown is your destination, don't hesitate to book one of Rich's units. You won't be sorry.

We had a wonderful time staying in Provincetown. Rich was great to work with. The Condo was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was perfect. Cozy immaculate property

Rich’s place is cute & comfortable with lots of light. Loved waking up to the sun pouring in the bedroom window (fyi: there are blinds & curtains for those who need a darkened room)! Large well-designed bathroom. Very clean unit. Washer-dryer access was a plus. Would def stay here again!

Perfect Provincetown rental

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property. My husband and I just returned from a 5 day stay and would not hesitate to book here again. The property was an easy walk to Commercial street, but the property itself was located on a quiet street overlooking a peaceful back yard. The unit was perfect for 2 people and stocked with everything one may need during their stay. Rich was attentive and communicative during our time there. If you book this unit you will not be disappointed!

A wonderful stay!

Our trip to P’Town this year was our cancelled trip from 2020 due to covid shutdown. It was worth waiting for as we absolutely loved our time in Provincetown and Rich’s condo. It was minutes from town and restaurants, and the condo had all we needed. It was also quiet so we slept well. Rich was very communicative and very available. The bonus for us was having to ability to use the shared washer/dryer. All in all, I can’t say enough about our stay. We highly recommend this unit and Provincetown was a gem of a town! Thank you Rich!

Great Space and Location

All the comforts needed for a great stay. The unit was very clean and exactly as described in the pictures. It was centrally located to all of the Ptown fun. Rich was a great host. He was very communicative , responsive and proactively checked in with me.
