Kom och njut av vĂ„r familj som ett nytt lĂ€ger vid den stora Sebago sjön, totalrenoverad 2015. LĂ€gret ligger i slutet av en Ă„tervĂ€ndsgrĂ€nd lĂ€gervĂ€g och har 250 fot fasad pĂ„ sjön med tvĂ„ gradvis intrĂ€de sandstrĂ€nder som Ă€r bra för familjer. Stugan har renoverats till en mycket hög standard med alla nya möbler (Pottery Barn / LL Bean), nya apparater (Viking) en skĂ€rmad veranda med Bose-ljud med kajaker och kanot ingĂ„r. LĂ€gret ligger alla pĂ„ en nivĂ„ med 3 sovrum (kung / drottning och tvĂ„bĂ€ddsrum över hela vĂ„ningssĂ€ngar) och 1 badrum. Observera att vattenförsörjningen, som mĂ„nga andra fastigheter i omrĂ„det, kommer frĂ„n sjön (Ă€ven vattenkĂ€llan för det större Portland-omrĂ„det. Även om detta fungerar bra för tvĂ€tt, bad etc. rekommenderas flaskvatten för att dricka. Kom och gör dina egna minnen pĂ„ denna mycket speciella egendom.

Wonderful main camp!

Great location on the lake in a protected cove with great views. We enjoyed our stay and really enjoyed the coziness of the camp.

This cabin was perfect! It was cozy and had beautiful scenery. It has all the amenities for a relaxing vacation (private beach, bonfire, great porch with speakers, fireplace). We will definitely be back.

Sebago stay

Beautiful location, clean home, wonderful porch, well equipped. Downsides -- infuriating heating/cooling controls, apple TV challenges, sandy beach a stretch with rocky bottom once in the water, shower difficult to use for the physically challenged, poor indoor lighting for reading.

A perfect late getaway!

We had a wonderful stay & really enjoyed the house, property & lake! A few things I would have loved to read ahead of time: - There is a grill! - To get to the king bedroom from inside the house, you have to walk through the queen bedroom. The king bedroom also has its own outside door. - The yard was great - larger than we thought from the pictures! - It was deep enough to jump off the dock and our little one really liked the sandy entrance to the water. Bring water shoes if you want to go out more than a foot into the water. - The inside is cozy/small, but so well thought through and very nicely furnished & maintained. The screened in porch and outside is spacious, and that is where you will spend all your time :) Beds were all very comfortable and lines were nice. - Storage is limited for clothes and food/pantry. Get yourself organized when you arrive - think less is more when you pack :) We highly recommend and will likely be back!

Home away from home!

The Paulin house was a true "home-away-from-home." Our family hasn't had a real vacation since before the pandemic broke out, and this space invited us to fully relax and get away. This space is clean, well-appointed, comfortable, and homey. The firepit and fireplace, canoes and kayaks, hammock, sleeping spaces, and huge screened-in porch made it so that we didn't really even have to leave the Camp to enjoy ourselves. Even so, there's plenty to enjoy nearby: we could either go for a beautiful nearby hike, or head down to Portland and enjoy the city's sights. A perfect vacation all around.

We enjoy everything about the property the house is set up well has everything that’s needed. My girlfriend and I spend first part of the week alone and then my daughter and her family comes in the grandkids love it.

Great location. Clean and comfy with high end upgrades.

Just what we needed. So close to the lake and so relaxing. The only reason for 4 stars on the accuracy of the listing was because it is smaller than it looks online. But the cottage was very clean, nice upgrades done, no neighbors were home during the week, and it was just what we needed for rest and relaxation. Would definitely recommend! Jeremy answered our questions as needed throughout the week, without hovering over us, respecting our privacy, which we expect and appreciated. Thank you again for a wonderful stay! 😊

Lake House 5/1/22

Our week long stay at the lake house was amazing! We met Jeremy upon arrival, and he was so inviting and friendly to chat with. The house is cozy (which we knew, but very well laid out). It was spotless upon arrival and stocked with everything you would need. The property is right on the lake, has its own little cove with a child friendly beach area (our small children loved this and played there all day long) and easy water access for the canoe. Views are simply breathtaking. You get both the sunrise and sunset. If you need to unwind and relax this is it! (Though I imagine the summer months get more crowded, but we had the entire area to ourselves).. it’s so peaceful and quiet! We knew we wanted to book another stay at this lake house before our vacation even ended! We can’t wait! Thank you so much for hosting us, it was definitely the vacation we needed!

Sebago trip

I can't say enough about how great this place is. Very clean, beautiful location, great screened in porch where we ate all of our meals. Private, quiet place right on the water!! Had everything we needed. Thank you for the hospitality Jeremy!!
