This spacious Cape on Wellfleet's bayside has three-bedrooms and is just a short drive or bike ride to the entrance to Marconi Beach in the Cape Cod National Seashore.

Enter an open main living area with kitchen, dining area and living room. The nicely equipped eat-in kitchen opens to the dining area with table and chairs. Beyond the dining area is the living room with comfortable seating, flat screen TV with cable, window air conditioner and decorative fireplace (not for tenant use).

A slider from the living room opens to a screen porch with table and chairs and lounge chairs--a nice spot for meals, conversation or a good book. A second slider from the dining area leads to a small deck with enclosed outdoor shower just off the screen porch.

One of the home's three bedrooms is on the first floor. This bedroom has a full (double) bed and window air conditioner. There is also a full bathroom with tub/shower and washer/dryer on this floor.

Stairs from the front foyer lead to the second floor open hall/loft. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and window air conditioner and the other has a full (double) bed and a window unit air conditioner. The open loft has two twin beds and a window air conditioner unit. There is another bathroom with tub/shower on the second floor.

In addition to the enclosed outdoor shower, there is a charcoal grill off the back deck.

Short drive to all the best of Wellfleet including ocean and bay beaches, fresh water ponds, restaurants, shops, galleries, the Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking and walking, Mass Audubon's Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary and the Cape Cod National Seashore's beaches, trails and sites.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
