Very comfortable stay. Plenty of room and nice porch area. Been coming here for years and I am never disappointed. Sandy is a pleasure to work with on enjoying our mini vacations.

Great Getaway Weekend

Had a great stay with the family (of 4) for quick weekend beach trip. Close to town in NSB with a 'no car' stretch of beach that wasn't crowded at all, even over a summer weekend. Plenty of parking, decent size pool, and short walk & very easy access to the beach. Will definitely bookmark to stay again in the future!

Fantastic condo! Perfect, quiet location.

Our five night stay was perfection. This condo has everything you could need for the perfect beach vacation. Sandy is a wonderful host and responds to messages very promptly. I would definitely stay here again and again!

Beach getaway

Totally enjoyed our stay. Very quiet and comfortable. This was our 3rd visit and we plan on returning soon. Property owner is very accommodating and attentive.

Great property for the price just don't expect fancy. The grounds and pool are well maintained. Definitely more private location than say the heart of New Smyrna Beach or of course Daytona. Will return if we are able.

Perfect spot on the beach not over crowded and the kids had a blast. The morning and evening view of the beach made it all amazing!!!!

Highly recommended

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It is well represented by the pictures and description on Vrbo. Sandy and Lisa were both wonderful, friendly and easy to work with. The pool area is well-maintained and we were able to access the beach very easily from our Vrbo. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and we would stay here again.

Absolutely Wonderful!

Our family spent our first beach vacation together at Ocean Club Condos on New Smyrna Beach and the accommodations couldn't have been better. We felt at home with our 3 young children in the 2BR and 2 Bath condo. The pool and private beach access was perfect. All the comforts of home and all the furnishings for beach fun made our stay very enjoyable. Our family plans to return as soon as possible!

Hurricane Milton

All was great, except the storm that had approached. We had to vacate earlier than planned to prepare for Hurricane Milton. Hoping to return soon.

We had an absolutely amazing stay here, and would definitely stay here again! I cannot recommend it enough, you won't regret it!! This was probably the best beach front property we've ever stayed at - wonderful location (quieter beach, not super touristy), great value for the price, and very clean/well decorated unit with quick/easy beach access.Our host, Sandy, was incredible. She was so nice, very responsive, and went out of her way to work with us when we asked if it would be possible to stay an extra day. She provided very helpful information before check-in, including detailed directions to the condo, and even restaurant recommendations. The unit itself is a two-story end unit. The first floor has the living room, pull out couch, one of the bathrooms, and the kitchen. The second floor has the two bedrooms and the other bathroom. Both floors have sliding glass doors with outdoor access/abilities to get to the pool/beach, and you are easily able to see the ocean from the top floor bedroom. The unit itself does not have a washer or dryer, but there are washers and dryers available on the property close to the front office. We personally didn't need this on our trip, but it's nice that it was there if needed! They also had some cleaning supplies available in the unit, which was wonderful as well.The kitchen was well stocked with just about anything you'd need for your trip and beach items were also available for use (beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, etc).

Girlfriend getaway

We were delighted with this lovely townhouse condo. It is privately situated at the end of the low rise building B with easy access to the pool, beach and parking lot. The condo is completely furnished with everything we needed including beach towels. Although we didnt cook, the fridge (with nice ice maker) was great for our beverages, fruit and leftovers. The large laundry room is conveniently located in the same building. Both bedrooms are upstairs with full bath. Another full bath is on first level. The gated pool has plenty of chairs and a covered "gazebo". It was nice to sit by the pool and overlook the ocean. Since the public access is limited, the beach is virtually private. You cannot drive on this part of the beach. New Smryna is just 2 miles north with lots of locally owned restaurants, cafes, and boutique shops. Sandy was truly a wonderful host. She offered helpful suggestions and answered all questions promptly. Her instructions were perfect. We definately will return to Sandy's condo. Thanks much Sandy!

This was an unplanned, last minute getaway before school started again. The unit was absolutely perfect with sliding glass door leading right out to the pool and stairs straight to the beach. The host Sandy, was very accommodating and quickly responded to my booking request and other communication. Will definitely be coming back for future visits, as we are only an hour away and love NSB!

Family vacation

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The location was great with where the rest of our family was staying (next door at Silver sands). The only thing was I didn't realize/know it was a 2-story condo but it was comfortable and cozy. We really appreciated the opportunity to stay. The neighbors/residents were nice and helpful. I'd definitely stay again.

Great experience

Sandy is AMAZING to work with. Always incredibly responsive and flexible when she can be. We have stayed here a few times and it is always as described. LOVE the quiet location farther down on the non-driving section of the beach. The property manager is very nice and accommodating also. Highly recommend.

So, so cute and comfy and right on the beach!

Sandy’s place is perfect! The location of the unit makes it private (end unit) and the upstairs balcony had an excellent view if the ocean. The decor was so cute and beach’s and the living room was a great place to hang out. The patio doors walk right into the grass and then to the pool and the ocean. We love New Smyrna Beach. Great restaurants (Cafe Verde and The Garlic are our favorites). Be sure to go to Canaveral National Seashore and stop for lunch outdoors at JB’s Fish Camp.

Family beach trip

Great stay! Can’t beat the location to it on the beach and the price. Beds were comfy. Pool and outdoor area was nice and clean. Kitchen was well equipped enough for us to cook breakfast every morning. Enough room for a pack and play in each bedroom. The only negative is that the hot water doesn’t last long so we had to stagger showers/baths for our family of 4 because the water couldn’t keep up. Great stay for our first family beach trip!

Great Beach Holiday

A nice unit on the beach. It was well equipped for all you need to enjoy the beach and cooking meals in. The two floors made the unit feel more spacious and provide an extra room that our two kids could feel they had there own place to sleep. It was easy to get from this location to town and the beach at Christmas time was nice an quiet for walks without the cars. The only thing that would have been better is if the pool was heated as the ocean was too cold for swimming.

Perfect Peaceful Beach Getaway

This property was a dream come true! The pool was literally on the beach and it was spotless! Only thing I would recommend is if you’re planning on using the sofa bed for two people, an inflatable mattress would be more comfortable. Otherwise 10/10 recommend

Excellent Condominium in New Smyrna Beach

The Condo is on two levels, Living areas and one bath on first floor, and bedrooms with second bath on second floor. It is very clean, tastefully decorated and has many convenient amenities. Beach and pool are a few steps away. My wife and i very much enjoyed our beach vacation.
