Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio with a sunrise view before spending the days on the beautiful no-drive beach, just steps from your back door. Cool off in the sparkling pool.
Oceanside Village is a quiet townhome community located directly on the beach. You’ll feel right at home in our stylish, well-appointed space. Our home comfortably sleeps six guests within two large bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom has a queen size bed as well as a set of twin bunk beds. All beds are fitted with high end bedding and extra pillows for a good nights sleep. Additionally, there is a memory foam queen sleeper sofa and two twin air mattresses available for your convenience. Each bedroom boasts a smart TV and an en-suite bathroom. The primary bedroom opens to a beautiful balcony with comfortable seating and views of the ocean. An additional half bathroom is located downstairs.
Cooking dinner is a delight in our well-appointed kitchen, complete with high end appliances. Or let someone else do the cooking and enjoy the evening out at your choice of the many fabulous area restaurants.
The open concept living and dining room offer comfortable seating with views of the ocean. You’ll enjoy the 55” smart TV as well as games and puzzles for rainy days or family nights.
The property provides parking space for three cars, with a one car garage space and double driveway. Additionally, the garage contains everything you’ll need for your time at the beach, including chairs, umbrella, beach blanket, cooler, boogie boards, toys, and a beach wagon. For added peace of mind, a Ring doorbell is located at the front door and a Ring camera is at the back entrance.
New Smyrna Beach is distinctive seaside town full of fun places to experience. From the bustling Flagler Ave area where you’ll find beachside shopping and restaurants, to historic Canal Street, rich with eclectic treasures, you’ll find whatever you’re looking for nearby.
Take a short drive to soak in the untouched beauty of the Canaveral Seashore, or spend an adventurous day out on the water with a fishing guide.
However you choose to spend your time here, there’s no better place to be.

This is our second time renting this gem of a townhouse. Everything was well provided, and it was spotless and spacious. We loved the ocean view and the easy access to the beach and pool. The bunkbeds were a hit with our grandkids. The complex is small and well cared for, a great place for a family vacation.

Oceanside Village B3 Getaway

The home was absolutely perfect. Updated throughout for an enjoyable stay. Watched the morning sunrise over the ocean from the master bedroom balcony. New smart appliances and comfy bedding. Hosts were the very best!

Family vacation

I can't say enough nice things about this townhouse. The decor is lovely and the layout was perfect for four adults and 2 grandkids. I was impressed by how well the kitchen and linen closet were stocked. We could tell the owners put a great deal of thought and care into their place. The beach and sparkling clean pool were steps away, and the complex was quiet and well kept. It was a bonus having a garage too! We had a fantastic time and hope to stay again sometime.

2nd Stay - Didn't disappoint

We stayed at this house last year (2023) and loved it so much we decided to come back again this year (2024). It's a very clean home, very well appointed, open floor plan and just so convenient especially with small children. You can see the beach/ocean from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. Open up the sliding glass door and it's a 100 yard walk to a beautiful beach that's never over-crowded. Also, they keep a great assortment of beach items in the garage so you don't have to travel with or purchase any of them (beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, kids toys, boogie boards, corn hole, beach bag, beach blanket, etc). We have really loved both trips and have made some great memories for our little family of 4.

Top Notch

We don’t always do VRBO reviews, but we felt compelled to hear. First of all, Michael & Christina were incredibly responsive and amenable. They knew we were traveling for the first time with our 3 & 1 year old kids, had the high chair and pack-n-play all set up for us when we arrived to make the transition as easy as possible, we felt that was very thoughtful. We had a late departing flight, and while it’s certainly not always an option, we asked if we could have a bit later checkout and, in this case, they were gracious enough to give us a couple extra hours and it certainly helped make for a less stressful travel day, greatly appreciated. The condo itself was amazing. The garage was stocked with everything we needed to walk down to the beach and spend the day. Super clean, high end appliances, pots/pans, and kitchen gadgets. Open layout downstairs with a half bath, and each bedroom upstairs had its own full bath, which was great with the kids. Incredibly comfortable mattresses, pillows and sheets/comforters. The welcome binder was simple to navigate & very helpful. We’ve done 10-12 VRBO’s/others in our life, this was our number 1 so far and we hope to be back! Side note - beautiful beach & sunrises and the historic district (canal st & Flagler ave) was very fun & lively.
