Fun time at the beach!

We had a party of 5 and this home was a wonderful find. We loved that the house was directly off the beach with pool access and free parking. The master bedroom and hallway bathroom were great, the 2nd bedroom had 4 twin size beds and a full. Only downfall we had was with our larger party and having adults & teenager's, it was a little tight under the small bunk beds for our boys but they made it work. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying in the near future.

Beautiful, quiet vacation

We had the best stay. We love New Smyrna and Ocean Club South. The condo was perfect for what we needed. There is more than enough space for the 4 of us. Mike was a great communicator when we had an issue with the AC and it was fixed immediately. The condo is clean and well kept.

Great Property

We love this property, as we've stayed here for years. This was our first year in this condo. Mike's condo was great! Super clean, and there were plenty of beds for the kids. Mike was great at communication. I highly recommend. NSB is a great family beach!

Perfect getaway

The location is perfect on a no driving beach and so quite it almost feels private. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Love the ground floor and being able to see the pool and ocean. Would certainly stay here again!

Great Stay!

2nd time staying here and planning on staying a 3rd. Love the atmosphere and location of this condo. Everyone is neighboring condos were great as well. Condo itself had everything needed plenty of room for relaxing when not on the ocean or pool. Comfortable beds and easy access to laundry.

Great Location

My husband is handicapped, so this first floor location was great. He could sit outside on the patio or walk to the pool area to enjoy a nice view of the ocean. The area was not crowded and shopping was close by. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed.

the condo was clean, newly remodeled kitchen. location was great, had a very nice time meeting other renters. would do it in a heart beat again.

Restaurants, bars, shopping. We are in beach. Clean up to date unit with tons of sleeping 😴 space . Flat screen TVs. Tennis courts, shuffle board. Laundry is in building on same floor 15 steps away. Pool over looks ocean !

Beach and pool! Parking has a car wash area. Very quiet unit . Can store bikes on premises. No one above you to make noise. We have tent, chairs and boogy boards to use ❤️
