Our family stayed here for a kid-centered trip to Omaha, we were in the center of everywhere we wanted to visit: the zoo, the children's museum, and all the restaurants we wanted. The space was clean and safe for us, including our 2 year old. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the location made everything easier!
Great house if you’re looking for a quiet getaway. We are loud by nature as a family when we are together so being it’s a shared space with noise control we had to make adjustments that we wouldn’t have if there was not a tenant upstairs.
The house was comfortable, clean, and in a convenient area close to most things. We ended up staying an extra night and the management company was quick to respond. We were visiting for little league baseball games and this house was great!
Newly remodeled house, nice Bathrooms and kitchen fixtures. Floors are a little creaky making sleeping in hard if people wake up at different times but nice central location.
The location could not have been better. Close to everything we wanted. Beds were great and enough seating in the living and dining rooms for all of us. Great place and would stay there agsin
Pros: Clean and comfortable rooms. Sufficient and comfortable beds. Hot water from showers. Well light rooms. Good shades on all windows for sleeping. Great communication by manager for security entry and access needs. Instructions packet helpful near front entry. Sufficient TVs in home. Worked well for the 8 of us for stay and sleeping.Cons: No grab bars in either of the 2 tub/showers for aged members to step over tub wall. Front steps on porch showing age with one area needing rot repair. No garbage disposal. No hand mixer. Limited parking for 3rd car if multiple drivers. Kitchen table limited to 6 chairs and spots requiring staged eating for larger occupancy numbers. Need to bring your own games for evening activities with family.

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication
We enjoyed our stay. However, there were several things that we wanted to bring to your attention. They are:1) we had informed Vrbo that we would be arriving at 4pm. I messaged asking for the access code and they didn’t reply until 5pm, just before we arrived. Thank goodness we were running late. Not a way to run a business!2) the back door was unlocked. Unacceptable!3) the thermostat was indicating that the battery needed to be replaced.4) the ice cube tray was broken and made a mess in the freezer.5) can opener was worn out and we had to work at it quite a bit to get the can opened.6) no kitchen towel was available 7) everything else seemed to work okIt’s a cute place and would be awesome if some attention to detail was applied.
