Welcome to your private oasis in Cocoa Beach! This spacious and flexible home is perfect for families and groups. It's just a few blocks away from Cocoa Beach Westgate Pier and the beach! A true coastal paradise designed with the combination of fun and serenity.

* Unique 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 2 kitchen configuration.
* Main House: 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
* Adjoining Guest Suite: 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with its own kitchen.
* The two spaces are connected by an interior locking door on each side, like adjoining rooms in a hotel that offers both togetherness and privacy.

* Game area with a full-size billiards table.
* 2-person multi-game arcade machine.
* Piano for the musically inclined.
* Coffee bar to kickstart your mornings.

Adorable cocoa beach house!!
We were extremely impressed with how clean and beautiful the house was from the inside to the outside. There were tons of fresh towels and soap
They had everything you would need for the beach. From beach towels to a Beach cart and beach chairs which was very helpful since we did not bring anything other than towels.
The outdoor area was outdoor shower was such a unique touch. Also the address shower gets hot water which is definitely a plus after the beach when everyone is trying to shower!
The kitchen had everything we needed as well!!
Apart that impressed me a lot as well with that both beds in the house have Tempur-pedic mattresses that we’re adjustable. Let’s just say I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud!!!
Overall, we absolutely loved our stay at will definitely only be booking this from now on when we visit

Well appointed, great beds etc.
Unit worked well for us. It has a lot of extras. Pool table, games, comfy sofa with large T.V. Beds were outstanding, really high end, both bedrooms have a T.V. as well. It's an older home but bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen have been modernized. Private back yard is huge with nice outdoor furniture, and an amazing outdoor shower with hot water. Outdoor shower enclosed, walls are this tropical huge tree, just a magical setting! The road you need to cross to get to the beach is quite busy, and I recommend walking several blocks down to the traffic light to get across. This puts you at the pier which is a good place for swimming anyway as they have lifeguards. Check out great Middle Eastern Pita Paradise for dinner. We saw two space launches from the beach, host sent a reminder about launches which was appreciated. Teresa the host went above and beyond. Thank you, Teresa.

This home was perfect for our family of 6. Well maintained and close enough to the beach to walk in less than 10 min. The host was very responsive and helpful.
