McNair Cottage 5 blocks from Bay, downtown, and 10 minutes from Pensacola Beach
Relax with the family in my beautiful cottage. Built in 1938, the cottage is nestled under a huge live oak. You can sit on the front porch and watch the birds or enjoy the peacefulness of the patio out back. Cottage is 5 blocks from the Bay where you can rent scooters, paddle board, drop a boat, do some fishing and walk to festivities in the park. There are many parks in walking distance with basketball courts, tennis courts and nice playgrounds for the kids. It's a 10 minute drive to Pensacola Beach. Beautiful neighborhood with breweries and restaurant's within a few blocks. And very close to downtown.
