We absolutely loved staying here and will definitely book again when we come back! The house was in a quiet area, it was close to everything we needed and wanted to do. A cute house perfect for a little getaway with your family.

We had an amazing stay and the pet friendliness made it even better and your pups will love it. The home even had some very useful beach gear. The beds are super soft if that's your thing I myself prefer something firmer. The only reason I did not give it a 5 stars on cleanliness is because of the the grim build-up at the base of the shower glass which we had to fix before we could enjoy the tub but we absolutely enjoyed the huge tub. We also suggest you use the step stool for the tub. The another tenant on the property we barely saw and it is was a completely separated space if anyone was worried about that. I remembered my way back to the home thats how central located it is to everything. Plenty of space and the fireplace was a huge bonus. The other suggestions I would make is investing in some blackout curtains luckily there were enough blankets around the house to cover the windows in the rooms and the driveway is a nice size but be careful the curb is pretty high. THAT PORCH IS TOP TIER!!

Overall stay was good. Loved the fenced yard and fireplace . It would be nice to have options for cleaning, Swiffer or vacuum. Water filter in refrigerator needs to be changed. The door lock is showing a red light, battery? You should consider replacing the sofa.

The property was pet friendly with the backyard for our fur babies to run and play. We had some issues with the property but the host was very prompt in responding and taking care of the issues even though it was a holiday week! Love that. A to our host for being to prompt and attentive to their property and guests.

This home was not very clean.The host did not communicate effectively. Hot water heater went out the day before we arrived, we decided to stay since this issue was communicated so last minute ! The day we were supposed to arrive the host texted and said the hot water heater was getting fixed at three we said that would be fine.We arrived at the house around 9 pm and went to take a shower NO HOT WATER!So I texted the host and asked if she could come look at it the next day. She replies back with I told you the hot water heater was not going to be working during your stay!She had just said the day we were supposed to arrive that the hot water heater was gonna be fixed!We brushed it off we were fine with cold water but the host was being very confusing with her messages! Then she texts me that night and tells us that someone is gonna be at the house in the morning to fix the hot water heater at 8:30 am we said that would be fine we didn’t think it would take that long to do a water heater.The next day they came at 8:30 am the water heater guy told us that OUR HOSTS gave him the passcode to the home were were staying in! He said he walked in and saw food on the counter and he noticed peaple were staying at the home so then he went to the front door and knocked so that means he was in are home while we were still asleep! They were at hour house from 8:30 to 6 pm we had not water and no way to use the amenities that are needed. This stay was unacceptable I do not recommend booking.

Stayed for a weekend. Very nice place!! Nice coffee selection and some snacks included as well. My dad said he would stay again, and I would too!!! I recommend getting a rental car though. Ubers are expensive and area isn't super walkable. That didn’t bother us too bad though. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean. Kitchen was ice. Pots and pans coukd use an up grade. The water heater kept switching off but it was easy to figure out. A note about that from the owner would have been nice. A comfortable couch and a recliner would be a great addition. The extra throws came in very handy. A patio in that back yard for outdoor relaxing and maybe a grill would inhance that unused space. Over all a great place to stay.

Kelley was wonderful to work with. The check in and check out process was very easy and she even provided us with some suggestions for things to do in the area. Great house to return to at the end of the day

We enjoyed the comfortable, clean house casa verde! We did not like the place where the house is located because it faces several businesses and the neighborhood has some nice dwellings and some shabby places.

This place was great! It's very close to downtown and is just a short drive to the beach. There are lovely parks on the bay nearby. The property was exactly like the pictures. The host was great and the entire process was easy. I have no complaints at all. We would stay here again.

Great Location

We found everything in the house just as noted in the posting. This house is centrally located to all of the places that we visit when in Pensacola. The fenced yard for our fur baby was a great plus.
