Fabio is a very nice host. Apartment has a good structure, very nice bathroom, separate airconditioning for each of the two rooms, and an excellent location. Supermarkets, bars, restaurants, promenade by the shore are very close. Good amount of natural light in the apartment and the kitchen is nice. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Fabio is a very nice host. Very nice accomodation. Clean and tidy. Amazing location, very near the supermarkets, main streets, bars and restaurants, and the port and promenade along the shore. Train station is 8 minutes away on foot. Two airconditioning devices, one in the bedroom and one in the living room/kitchen, although one can be used to cool off the space. Very nice bathroom. Good amount of natural light in all three rooms I enjoyed my stay very much.

Great apartment

Great apartment close to everything. Easy to walk to the cruise port and the train station. I would definitely recommend and stay there again myself.

I had a great stay at this apartment in Civitavecchia. Fabio was an incredibly welcoming and attentive host—he made check-in smooth and offered great local tips. The location couldn’t be more convenient: just a short walk to the port, train station, and plenty of restaurants. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfect stop before or after a cruise.

I don’t remember it stating in the information that you had to walk up 3 flights of stairs. We were going on a 7 day cruise and had 4 pieces of luggage that we had to take all the way up and back down. Other than that everything was good.
