It’s little too far to walk to beach. It’s not 2 mins walk to beach. Approx 10 mins. You have walk one block then walk up sand path and down to the beach shore. The condo is nice and neat. The livingroom is really hot even though they have fan on the wall doesn’t help. Suggest to install A/C on the wall for livingroom. Furnitures seem too much around the livingroom to make crowd.

Perfect spot for a getaway. It was a few minute walk to the beach, very clean and very friendly. Highly recommend.

Great!

Everything was great, 3 min walk to the beach. Apartment had everything you could think of. Only air conditioning in the bedroom so the living room did get warm, but there were plenty of fans. Being able to bring my dog was a big plus. Rooftop area was fun to bbq (grill provided) and watch the fireworks. We will stay here again when we return to Hampton Beach.

Great apartment with all the needed amenities- short walk to beach and Hampton Beach restaurants. Owner was very helpful. Only two concerns- Gerti g into parking lot is tricky and noise from karaoke bar was distracting- but only on Saturday night- ear plugs were provided!

Nice Apartment

This rental was very clean and comfortable. The owner, Rick, was very accommodating. Dog friendly, which was great for me. I knew when I rented there were a lot of stairs and there was a loud bar next door. It was only a nuisance on the weekend, so not a place for children. Rick even supplies earplugs if needed. There is a great rooftop deck with wonderful views. A quick walk to the beach and some small shops and places to eat. Had a great time.

Fantastic Place!

We spent 6 days and 5 nites, Rick was absolutely wonderful! So much more provided than actually listed! Very close to the beach. VERY clean and much quieter than we thought even with Charlie's next door! We brought our cat who loved it too! Rick is very responsive. Extremely comfortable! We WILL be back! Thank you so much Rick!! Only thing to note is that there are 3 sets of stairs so if you can't do stairs this may not be for you.

Cute spot on the strip

It was a little small for 5, but we made it work !!! It was close to the beach and boardwalk, and we where able to bring our small dog which was nice.

Hampton Weekend Getaway

Richard was very nice, and quick respond to any questions. The Condo was clean, and well stocked. We were within walking distance to beach, and restaurants & entertainment. We were also very appreciative that we could enjoy a weekend getaway with our dog Sasha. Pet friendly Condo. 🤗🐶

Perfect Beach Getaway

The property was perfect. Clean, little amenities thought of, everything you need for a week away at the beach. Rick was communicative, kind, and thoughtful. The place is just far enough off the strip to be quieter than L or M street, but close enough it’s a short walk to the beach. Thank you for making our stay wonderful!

Great location!!

We absolutely loved the property, pet friendly, full kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Would absolutely rent again!! Best place we have stayed in Hampton beach! Management/owner of property was great to work with super nice!

Excellent location, great apartment! Everything provided just bring yourself and your groceries.

We loved this location and apartment so much, we are booked there again in October. Will definitely book again for next summer.

Last Minute Get-away!

I was looking for a last minute option for a Friday-Sunday and couldn’t see any availability for Friday but messaged Rick who was more than accommodating! The location was great, with a short walk to the beach with two children under 4 in a beach wagon. We also had our dog which this time of year was allowed on the beach! Rick was excellent with communication. I would definitely stay here again. Only suggestion would be a smoother check-in process with more instruction. Thanks Rick!

Great stay!

Aside from the weather, everything was perfect. Property was clean and up to date. Rooftop deck is amazing…we checked it out but weather didn’t cooperate for use. Easy walk to the beach and coffee shop. It’s at the end of the boardwalk but still close to everything. Lots of stairs, but if you’re ok with that then this is your place! Will definitely stay again!

Great place if you are not handicapped

The apartment was clean, cozy & modern. Everything you need is there. Rick was awesome!!! The only drawback was climbing the stairs. Between a very bad back (multi surgeries) & bad knees the stairs did me in. If not for that I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Rick for your quick response to all our needs.

Amazing Stay

Rick was great to communicate with and has an amazing place. It was clean, stocked with everything you can think of, and close to the beach and boardwalk. This location has off street parking and the roof patio was the best! Will definitely be back!
