"Shore to please" is an oceanfront getaway, walk out on your private balcony feel the fresh Seabreeze and take in stunning panoramic views of the deep blue Atlantic, Boars Head and Isle of Shoals (at night, watch fireworks) on this 3rd floor condo at N. Beach. Access to the beach is a 1 minute walk across a small street, modern, clean, comfortable, relaxing and clean 325 sq ft studio/ condo sleeps 4. Listen to the ocean waves crash, watch the seagulls soar and the astonishing sunrises from your expansive windows/ patio door in your room. You are a 1-minute walk to N. Beach for sunbathing, surfing, swimming, snorkeling, reading or just a stroll with your loved ones. Close enough to all the action, but far enough to relax and enjoy your vacation with peace and serenity. Less than 2 miles away from the main strip Hampton Beach, Casino Ballroom, local restaurants and bars (Seasonal seafood festival, movies on the beach, live music, fireworks & Sand sculpture contest. Less than 24 miles from Lee Speedway. Variety of walking/ hiking trails in local area, 34 miles from Water and Amusement parks, Shop at Kittery Premium Outlets less than 19 miles away.
Studio condo sleeps 4- (1-new queen bed/ 1- new queen sleep sofa) Air conditioning/ heat.
Private balcony, kitchenette-mini fridge- microwave- hot plate-toaster oven- toaster-coffee pot- dishware, silverware, pot/ pan- fresh clean linens, pillows and blankets with mattress and pillow protectors, fresh clean towels- beach towels provided seasonal, 2 beach chairs with umbrella - cable/Roku- WIFI, - (starter set- toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner- dish liquid- paper towels. Roku TV with Amazon Prime Video, Discovery + and cable, board games.

Gorgeous ocean views! Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and just watching the surfers and walkers. Great parking spot out front. Secure building. We enjoyed our stay, and ate tons of fresh seafood!

Perfection

This was the perfect place for a girls night. Beautiful view of the ocean, comfortable bed and couch. Quiet and relaxing. Definitely will recommend to anyone looking for a trip to Hampton beach.

This property is absolutely fantastic. The booking was easy, the check-in was , And the place is absolutely beautiful. The place is very clean and very well appointed. The pictures are spot on. The location is beautiful, listening to the waves and taking long walks along the beach at low tide. The owners were very helpful along every step of the way. My husband and I had a wonderful stay. Looking forward to going back.

Well decorated and equipped with a beach view

We really enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed as a couple enjoying a few days away. We used it as a home base for several day trips so we did not take advantage of the beach, but sitting on the patio overlooking the beach was nice with a morning coffee or nightly glass of wine.

Quaint spot by the sea

Convenient oceanfront studio apartment with beautiful views of the sunrise. Walked by the ocean while we were there. Super clean, well decorated and thoughtful little snacks were left for us.

Very relaxing location!

We celebrated our anniversary here and was not disappointed. Steps from the beach and easy access for our vehicle to be able to tour the area. We were pleased with how clean and organized it was. The view is absolutely stunning! Morning sunrise is unbelievable!

Great Ocean Views

Spent 5 nights while visiting family in the area. Loved walking the beach and found the crashing of waves against the seawall mesmerizing. We were staying in the off-season so we felt at times we had the beach all to ourselves. Condo had everything we needed and our host was quick to respond to our inquiries.

Great getaway with friends

We had a great time at this rental. Located across from North Beach away from the hustle and bustle of Hampton, yet still only a short walk away. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We were fortunatr enough to catch thr sunrise each morning.

Perfect getaway for 2

We rented for two nights to celebrate my husband’s 50th with friends who live nearby. The condo was perfect, super clean and nicely updated, well-stocked, great location and wonderful balcony over looking the ocean. We had the bonus of watching a storm roll in, such an amazing view. We would absolutely stay here again, highly recommend!

Beautiful sunrises!

My husband and I wanted a long, relaxing weekend away. This was the perfect spot. In November it’s very quiet at the beach, which was nice. We walked on the beach, had some great seafood, went to the movies and enjoyed the beautiful view of the water from the condo. I would definitely stay here again.
