This family friendly home with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and large outdoor shower is perfect for larger families or multiple families traveling together. Master and Guest bedrooms on main floor each have Queen beds. The upper-level floor has 2 bedrooms equipped with 2 Full size beds in each with plenty of room. Lower- level floor has 2 sets of Twin Trundle Beds (perfect for the kids). Newly renovated kitchen and living/common open floor plan area make for a great place to entertain and celebrate the summer. Expansive sunny deck off the back of the house overlooks a large back yard with a fire pit for cool nights, star gazing and roasting marshmallows. Professionally landscaped yard, backing up to conservation land has ample room for a game of cornhole, volleyball, horseshoes or a game of wiffle ball. Crab Creek is just a short walk, perfect for a fun day of crabbing and fishing.
Within close proximity to 3 local golf courses, local shopping, beaches, fabulous restaurants, Cape Cod Rail Trail, fishing charters, four wheel drive beaches, walking trails, and children's playground make this house the perfect location for your family's next vacation.
The house is a quick drive to the best Bayside beaches on Cape Cod. (Mayflower, Corporation, Crowes Pasture and Chapin Beach)

Great property

This property was fantastic! We absolutely loved the large yard and the fire pit. The house was big enough for our extended family and very very clean. The owners were local and responsive to our needs. Would recommend!

My family rents a house on the cape every year and I have to say this was perfect. Location was perfect and the house was very beautiful. Very clean and the owner was so nice. The yard was perfect too

Large family vacation

Our family had a wonderful time at this property! The home was very warm and inviting. The yard was perfect for all of our children to play games and have a campfire. The road is busy so not really suitable for walking with children but only about. 7-8 minute ride to beautiful beaches.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful relaxing vacation for our extended family. Loved the deck and fire pit. The house was well equipped and the owners were friendly and helpful with local questions. Everything listed was provided which made it very convenient and stress free as we planned. There were so many day n local activities and shops and restaurants- there was something for everyone! Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to make memories.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation staying at Rick and Karyn’s house. The yard was impeccable along with a nice fire pit and cornhole boards.The house had a nice large deck and everything needed for a great vacation Another bonus close to mayflower beach and others. We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is a beautiful Cap Cod with perfect sleeping space for everyone, grandparents, parents and children. The living area was very comfortable for the mixed group. A nice kitchen and dining area was great for dining and game night. The teenagers enjoyed having the space downstairs for games and just hanging out. Bathrooms near bedrooms upstairs and down were convenient for all. And the outdoor shower is something we always look for. A lovely deck with plenty of seating and dining table was great. The property grounds are absolutely beautiful. Nicely kept, beautiful flowers, a fire pit with chairs around made for a park-like setting. There is a spacious parking area. The entire family was happy with the accommodations. We all thought the location was ideal, very easy to get anywhere on the cape. Rick and Kayrn were welcoming hosts and made communication easy. I would be delighted to rent this house again.

Great House, Great Hosts

Our Family has rented many homes on the Cape for decades. This home was one of the best. It checked all of our boxes. The hosts, Rick and Karyn, were extremely responsive to our needs and very easy to communicate with. The property was well cared for and has a beautiful private yard and plenty of room for our large family. We always ask the group on the day we are leaving, "Would you rent this house again?", the answer for this house was a unanimous YES!

The property was well cared for and the house was neat and clean. Plenty of room for our entire extended family. The owners were so kind and and accommodating. Beautiful yard, perfect for games and S’mores. Outdoor shower was so handy. AC in every room made the humidity bearable. Kitchen had all the amenities. We will definitely return in the future.

Perfect For Our Family

This house was perfect for our multigenerational family. We loved the big yard and deck. The kids learned to play kickball and we made smores at the firepit. We also loved the location, because it was a quick drive to our favorite beach and a spot to go crabbing. Karyn and Rick were awesome hosts!

Family gathering

We had a wonderful stay on the Cape and the house was perfect. Grandkids played in the yard every morning while the adults had coffee and planned the day. Rick and Karyn answered all our questions even though they were getting married that weekend! Very convenient location. We were within 10minutes of three beaches, two supermarkets and many takeout restaurants.

Great place!

Beautiful home and yard! Plenty of room for a large number of us to spread out. Conveniently located near many beautiful beaches. Will definitely consider staying here again for future vacations on the Cape.

Amazing stay

Rick and Karyn were exceptional hosts and the house was amazing. Located minutes from the beach, access to everything we needed, and a surreal backyard setting, this house was everything I was hoping it would be. Plenty of space for a large family gathering and an extremely clean house, I would highly recommend a stay at this spot.

Amazing property and owners. So nice and helpful and felt really safe and clean. We had an awesome week. Backyard is great for family gatherings and whiffle ball Games! Plenty of sleeping and the deck is big and welcoming.

Great Vacation Spot!

We had a great week renting from Karyn and Rick! The house was very clean when we got there (my daughter even commented on how good it smelled!) and the AC was running which was perfect because it was humid outside!! The house itself was great and each of the kids got their own space which was important after long days filled with activities and excitement. We really enjoyed sitting at the table on the deck- it was a great spot to wake up and drink coffee and ease into the day, and we ate dinner out there almost every night. The seats around the fire pit are actually shaded in the afternoon, and it was a great place to relax with a drink before dinner! The fire pit was great, and Rick had built the first fire so that all we needed to do was light it. The yard and the grass was awesome- the kids ran around barefoot all week, it’s clear that Rick is good at what he does! The house is on a busy road, but we found that there was not a lot of road noise. The location in Yarmouthport was ideal for us- less than a 10 minute drive to Mayflower and Gray’s beaches. We highly recommended trying to catch a sunset at Grays beach if you can, it was absolutely stunning. We were close enough to hop in 6 or 6A and get to any other town on the cape. Karyn and Rick were so nice and helpful while we were there, and before we arrived. Overall, we highly recommend the house!!

What a wonderful world!

Our group of nine consisted of grandparents, adult children with spouses, and three grandchildren (3 families). There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable, both indoors and outside. Everyone expressed how nice the house was. We enjoyed the deck and the landscaped yard along with a fire pit and the cornhole game. Everybody seemed to love it, which made me very happy. In addition, I want to acknowledge the owners, Karyn and Rick. They were very friendly and easy to talk with and very accommodating. Great time.

We enjoyed our time at this rental very much. We had a group of 14 and fit very comfortably. The yard is beautiful and we loved playing cornhole and making smores in the fire pit. Location is very convenient for getting to all of the beaches. Would definately stay here again.

I am the 5th generation owner of a local landscaping company in Yarmouth. My family and I are 12th generation Cape Codders that arrived on the Mayflower and settled in beautiful Yarmouth. Most of my family live in Yarmouth today.
I am opening up my primary residence to you for the summer and fall weeks in hopes that you too will enjoy all the beauty of Yarmouthport and the Mid-Cape area.

I bought this property while my three children were small so that each of them would be able to have plenty of space to play and grow. The property is set off the street and completely surrounded by beautiful landscaping and foliage, making the setting for families perfect. We are often visited by deer and other wildlife in the back yard.

The spacious private yard provides ample space for entertaining and outdoor activies. On clear nights the yard yields some of the most beautiful star gazing on the Cape.
It's close proximity to all amenities and activities is very convenient.
