Family fun

We had an amazing week! The house was great for a big family with people of all ages. Very comfortable and just as promised. The deck and the big back yard were perfect. Beaches close by and the rail trail. So much fun and lucky for us the weather was beautiful!

A very fine stay in Eastham

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house is unique given it has two kitchens; plenty of room for a number of people. It’s on a very quiet street - the deck and the yard are great, very peaceful. Definitely recommend.

Family Womens Retreat

Spacious well-kept cottage within walking distance of the beach. Perfect property for an extended family with ample bedrooms and baths. Mr. Kilmer was super responsive to our inquiries and even took the time to check in on us to make sure our stay was as expected. We highly recommend this property. Thank you for a great weekend.

Wonderful Family Week

This house fit all 11 of us and had wonderful amenities. We loved the deck and seating/table, a well-stocked kitchen. The sheets provided and towel rental was totally worth it! The owner is very helpful in providing answers to all of our questions. Fans were provided also which was a great help.

Girls weekend

Rented this house for a girls weekend and it was perfect! The house was large and had plenty of room for all of us. The owner was very responsive when I had questions. The house was a bit of a walk to the beach but a very short drive! Would definitely stay here again!

A perfect property for a large family, extended family and families w children! This large home is one home but is basically 2 homes in one! 2 sides of the home with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths & a kitchen on each side. There is a large connecting middle room upstairs that children will love! House is equipped with everything you need in kitchens & closets. Washers & dryers, beach chairs & plenty of games. Large backyard & great deck for outdoor fun. Very close to the beaches & Eastham shopping, ice cream & restaurants. Rail trail walking/bike path is one block away! Dave responded immediately to any questions I had before & during my stay! A great time was had by all :))

What a great find!

My friends and I came for a long golf weekend get away. We were looking for a spacious house with plenty of bedrooms/beds and bathrooms for 8 people. House was immaculate, spacious with a large backyard to boot. Owner was very responsive to inquiries. Bike trail nearby for those who wanted a daily walk early in the morning. A few restaurants close by as well. Will definitely return next year for our annual golf trip to the cape!

Thanksgiving Weekend

Extended family stayed to be close to where we were celebrating Thanksgiving. The property was clean. The reason for my less than stellar review is twofold: 1. It was very expensive and yet we were asked to sweep, take out garbage, etc. I assumed that's what we were paying for! 2. For the price, I would have expected a bar of soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. There was liquid soap at the sink and 1/2" of shampoo in a tiny bottle. 3. I understand that in the summer it's critical that people don't arrive early and leave on time. Given that it was off season, we would have appreciated the flexibility to arrive a little early to settle in prior to darkness.

Great for extended family!

Great spot for extended family-2 kitchens came in handy, large table inside and loved the outside deck and yard. Plenty of shade, space to play yard games and seating on the deck made it a lovely outside room for all to gather, grill and relax.

Family week on the beach

Plenty of room for everyone..we had 9. Super close to Nauset Light Beach and Coast Guard Beach and short drive to Marconi Beach. Very conveniently located if you want to head to Chatham or up to p-town. Loads of amenities and great back deck for morning coffee or just relaxing. Highly recommend. Owner Sue very responsive to ant needs or questions. Definitely a 5 star winner

Thanksgiving weekend stay

The house was terrific. We had 4 adult children with us and everyone was able to have their own room and only two had to share a bath. I'd done almost all my cooking ahead of time, but warming everything in the two kitchens was super helpful and having two ovens helped me cook the rest of the weekend as well. The location is great! I'd highly recommend this property.

Excellent stay in Eastham

We had a great time staying at the house in Eastham. We were a group of 12 friends and fit comfortably. The highlights were the proximity to the bike path and National seashore, the fully equipped kitchen, the long banquet table for having meals at home, the gas BBQ, and the outdoor shower. We really couldn’t have asked for more. Sue was really responsive and accommodating whenever I reached out with a question. Highly recommend!

We were shocked at how large the property was! It was perfect for a chill weekend with friends! It seemed remote even though route 6 is just a minute away. Sue made everything very easy for us. I would absolutely stay here again!!!

My husband and I purchased this home in 1996 and relocated to Cape Cod from Western Connecticut. We haven't looked back and absolutely love living here! I sell Real Estate full time ( since we moved here in 1996) and we now have a 7 year old boy and a 5 year old girl and it is a perfect place to raise a family. We lived here for many years and put hours and hours ( and years) of work into renovating this home! We now live just around the corner also on the oceanside a mile to the ocean! The families that come back every year can see the things we do each year, big and small from buying new bedding to a new couch to fresh paint to putting in new gardens and landscaping! We think you can see that we take care of the property and are maintaining high standards! Our home is a duplex so it has 2 mirror images of itself on each side so there are 2 kitchens, and a door separating the living areas so if adults are one side hanging out they can close the door in between while the kids are playing. There are also 2 staircases going upstairs with doors so they become like private suites upstairs each with their own bathrooms. There are also 2 spaces upstairs that we have setup as play areas/hangout areas that are not bedrooms.
