Location was perfect for Red Rocks and Golden area. Kids loved the game room. Back porch was perfect for family dinners outside. Communication with host was quick and answered all questions. Check in and out was easy. Plenty of utensils and the coffee grinder and Keurig cups gave everyone their style of coffee. Good spot for a large group who wants to experience the Denver/Golden area.

Property is amazing! Has everything I could ask for to entertain my family and the host is super responsive and helpful! Even ordered us extra coffee for our stay! :) They really didn't miss a detail from the games to the outdoor patio. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Loved the place. Good location to old town Arvada and red rocks. Plenty of games and nice backyard to chill. Quiet neighborhood. Host was responsive and flexible which made for a nice stay. Thanks Kevin!

Late April stay

My husband and I stayed for one week and one of our adult sons joined us for a few days. Kevin was very responsive and the check in process was easy and smooth. Very quiet neighborhood, walking distance to a large community park with playgrounds. I would like to come back with my granddaughter! Highly recommended.

Yes thee was activities for all ages! We really enjoyed our stay! The boys enjoyed the pool table and smart tv. They also played corn hole ouy back. We didnt get to use the grill the weather was a bit cool in the afternoon, but it was there.The place was so refreshing after our long drive to the place. The host was very good at communicating with us, which was very convienent. They answered questions in a timely manner and never made me feel like a bother. Thank You Kevin & Emily!

Hidden Gem in Arvada—Great for Families!

I stayed here with family for just one night, and it was such a comfortable, clean, and welcoming space. The home is thoughtfully set up, with everything we needed for a short stay—including fast internet, a great selection of games to enjoy together, and a cozy outdoor area with a fire pit that was perfect for the cool evening.The location is ideal—close to lots of great restaurants, shops, and things to do in both Arvada and Denver. Even though our visit was brief, it was easy to see this is a spot I’ll want to come back to. It made a great home base, and I’ll definitely be booking again for future trips to Colorado!

Our family had an amazing stay, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home during our Colorado vacation. The home was spotless, comfortable, well-equipped, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed to relax after our days of exploring.The location was absolutely perfect. It was close enough to easily enjoy everything Denver has to offer while also being incredibly convenient for our concert at Red Rocks. We loved being able to experience the city, the mountains, and Red Rocks without spending hours driving.Kevin was a fantastic host. He was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless from booking through checkout. He genuinely cares about his guests and was always quick to answer questions and offer helpful recommendations.If you’re looking for a comfortable home in the perfect location for visiting Denver, Red Rocks, and the surrounding area, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone planning a Colorado getaway!

3 generation trip

5 of us stayed at the house for a week while visiting family in Golden. This was such a lovely house to stay in, very inviting and comfortable and well-equipped. The multiple seating areas outside are wonderful, we easily hosted a (take out) dinner for 10 people at the covered outdoor dining table. Close to Olde Town Arvada, Denver, Golden - mountain and city day trips. Highly recommended. Great communication with host.

My family of 5 stayed in this home and it was absolutely perfect. The house was clean and cozy with things for the kids to play with. There was even a high chair to use downstairs that we brought up for use in the kitchen. Not only was the house great but the host was phenomenal. After the first night they checked in to make sure everything was going well. I mentioned that everything was great but I was a little cold in the twin beds room and they had a blanket delivered for me that night. 10/10 would absolutely stay here again. Communication was amazing, hospitality was unmatched.
