Great Stay for Extended Family with Plenty of Space

We had three families staying over the July 4th week, the cabin had great space for everyone. Loved the large kitchen and counter space. My favorite space was drinking coffee on the back porch each morning. We even saw a momma bear and her cub, a couple of deer and a raccoon through out the week. Loved your decor in the home. The three seperate living rooms are great to spread out for down time in the evenings.

Relaxing and Clean

Everything was fantastic except there was no bathroom on the ground floor. Inconvenient for anyone sleeping down there. House and property were very private and BEAUTIFUL!! Great view. Quiet. House was immaculate including the wonderful, soft carpet!! I also thought you could access the main floor from outside, instead of climbing stairs, which is an issue for a few in our party. Highly recommend this choice!!

Mountain Cabin for Wedding Couple and Guests

I booked this cabin for my son and daughter-in-law to have a place to gather their close friends during the weekend of their wedding. The cabin (and views) are even more impressive in person. Everything was so clean and it was even decorated (early) with Christmas cheer! Thanks so very much, would HIGHLY recommend this property for anyone looking for a modern but rustic feel for the mountains here in the Great Smokies.

Nice Cabin in a Quiet Location

3 generations of family stay at the property for a week so it was nice to have 3 seperate areas of living space. However I wasnt clear on the property not having a restroom on the lower level. That caught us off gaurd. It would have been nicer to have one on the lower level for showering off before and after using the hot tub

Perfect Stay

The cabin was plenty big for the 9 of us! Very peaceful little neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable. One thing to know is that in order to get to the kitchen and living room area, you do need to go up a flight of stairs. They are on the 2nd level. We didn’t have anyone with limitations, but sharing if you had someone in your group that does. Bunk beds are on the first level along with a game room area that my kids enjoyed! We would definitely stay here again!

July stay

Property well taken care of, much of it looks new. Enjoyed our stay with family and pet dog. House is pet friendly with fenced in area to let dog out to pee at night. 150 dollar fee for bringing a dog. 500 damage deposit also needed up front. View during summer months is mostly blocked by tall trees full of leaves. You must take garbage to dump yourself. There is not any garbage pickup to home. They allow you to leave two bags of garbage on checkout. Extras are charged 5 each. All this said we still had a great time. It was not what we expected, mainly the lack of view of valley below.Comfortable house, beds, big kitchen, great water pressure, plenty of hot water. Feels very remote yet close to 4 lane highway.

We have been vacation home owners since 2017 and love all of the stories from our guests making memories in places that we love! We self manage our properties and love that personal touch that you can't get from a large management company!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the views and charm of downtown Waynesville! My husband and daughter love to ski, so close proximity to Maggie Valley was a bonus!

What makes this property unique

We love the log cabin feel combined with modern amenities and something for everyone! We love talking and listening to music around the firepit and relaxing in the hot tub. We also wanted a special place for the kids to play! We hope we have created a space for multiple families to enjoy
