This was the perfect place for our 6 sister reunion spot in Medford! We all enjoyed the hot tub! We were all pleasantly surprised by the beautiful yard full of fruit trees and flowers! The yard was a fabulous gathering area for visiting and enjoying the fall weather. The kitchen was spacious and easy to prepare in with plenty of the "misc extras" needed if one likes to cook. We truly enjoyed our time at this comfortable home and hardly noticed being close to the airport.Thank you for the lovely home!

The house is spacious and comfortable. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to Medford shops and restaurants as well as the roads to hiking locations. Host was very responsive and access was easy with a passcode. Fast internet and a nice little office were a plus for working. Amenities include full size washer and dryer as well as spices, coffee filters, kuerig cups and shampoo/conditioner/body wash in both bathrooms. Very good for a family or adults.

Quiet retreat

This was a clean, spacious property with a great hot tub. Rooms were large, it had great water pressure/hot water and comfortable mattresses. Host made it an easy in, easy out process. Great place to stay.

Hot tub was very appreciated! The house was so spacious and comfortable. We all slept very well. Our host promptly responded to our questions. Kitchen had the essentials but as a kitchen snob, I recommend bringing some of your own favorites from your home kitchen. We were very satisfied with this house and will definitely stay again as we make trips once a month to Medford.

This house is a home away from home. The home is back on the lot so it was quiet and secluded. The yard was lovely to relax. The home was well supplied and very clean. Beds were comfortable. One note, it is a single story home and very easy to navigate (we had a wheelchair guest), but the back two bedrooms (primary and one guest) have a step down. Otherwise, it was a great stay and the host was extremely helpful with adjusting our stay.

Girlfriends Thanksgiving

We fell in love w/this house and used all that it offers. It will be our go to when we go back. The open concept kitchen/living is so perfect and bed/baths were great. Can’t say enough good things about it including a very responsive host when questions came up!

Work trip

We had three moms, one husband and 4 kids all together. My husband and two kids took the two adjacent rooms on one end of the home. A mom and her teenage daughter took the master and the third mom and her 7year old son took the last room. House was incredibly spacious and the hot tub was excellent. We would totally come and stay again.

Lovely Home in Medford

My family and I stayed in this comfortable, well appointed home in Medford. It was a little tricky to find in the dark — be sure to ask the owner for the address of the garage where you park (which is directly adjacent to the home). Kitchen is outfitted with basic equipment that is suitable for light cooking. The bedrooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The bathrooms were clean and the showers had very hot water and great water pressure. We would love to stay here again.

Great stay near the Medford Airport

Great stay by the airport of Medford. Large open floor plan. Significant number of recessed lighting. Many many outlets. Renovated home with newer appliances. Multiple rooms. Perfect for many travelers. Sit outside and watch the planes fly over.

Super clean and comfortable!

Rick's place was super clean when we arrived. The house is nice and big with great decor. The beds and linens were comfy and there were enough towels. The spa was sparkling clean and plenty warm. The backyard is spacious and private. We asked ahead if we could bring a slip and slide to beat the Medford heat and Rick was gracious enough to say yes! All 8 of us had a great time! We will be returning!

"Needs improvement." This rental has the potential to be great if the host makes a number of repairs and the cleaning company ups their game (or is replaced). It appears that some past guests have been particularly rough on the place - broken couches, broken dining room chairs, detached door stops, etc. Children in particular appear to have run wild - peanut butter smeared on the walls, crayon on the ceiling, Teddy Grahams on the couch, Sun Chips in the bedroom, mac & cheese spread about the yard. Adults aren't off the hook either, with a skillet caked with scrambled eggs unwashed in the cabinet, and cigarette butts in the patio rocks. The hot tub needed work too - the water smelled bad so we limited our use. (The host said they treat it between every guest and I take him at his word.) Base level cleanliness was fine in terms of carpets, toilets, kitchen, etc. - less so the living room couch cushions and pillows which smelled like little kids. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, other than the occasional plane landing at the airport (the house is directly in the landing path, but large planes are not frequent). If fixes are made and cleanliness is increased, this could be a very good property. The host was very responsive and I have confidence that he will address these issues to bring the property up to its full potential and stated value.
