Unit CA 602N Welcome to Crescent Arms on beautiful siesta key Florida. If you are looking for your vacation to be on the best beach and have the most beautiful sunsets, then you are in luck. This unit is a front corner unit. It features a lanai that is directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
The living room and kitchen offer a breathtaking view of the beach and the amazing sunsets. The bedrooms are located down the hall. The first bedroom has a king bed with a hall bathroom. The second bedroom has a 2 queen bed with a private attached bathroom. It is located at the back of the unit making this room separated from the main living area, offering a quiet room for the kids during nap times or the adults needing a couple of extra minutes to sleep in without being disturbed by the people in the living room.
This unit Features:
Beach front property! Easy access on and off the Island! No loading up a car or crossing streets just walk out of the building onto the sand! 2 Bedroom 2 bathroom. Sleeps up to 6 people. Screened in lanai with patio furniture. Full kitchen, dining area, Tv in each room with free Wi-Fi.
Shared resort amenities:
Heated pool, Private Beach, BBQ area with gas grills. Beach chairs provided. Beach personnel you can rent an umbrella from. Beach towels included. Bed linens and bath towels included. We do not have a linen service if you would like fresh linen you will have to wash them. Coin operated laundry in the tower buildings, Villas have washers and dryers in the garage.
NO GOLF CARTS, Trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, boats If you want to enjoy the sugar-white sand of Crescent Beach, shop or just relax by the pool, located directly on the beach side of Midnight Pass Road, we offer something for everyone: Wi-Fi, cable television, generous closet space, a lanai or glassed-in porch and a fully furnished kitchen. Crescent Arms features: Fully Furnished, Gated Condominiums Private Beach Access with Chairs No smoking and no pets, please!
There is a seven-night minimum stay Saturday to Saturday. Check in: 4 PM Check out: 10 AM We strongly encourage you to get rental insurance in case of any problems that may occur. Your Florida Vacation Awaits You.

We loved the condo! The location and view of the beach are fantastic. The condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed. When our flights were delayed, the host worked with the other family members of our party to obtain entrance instead of waiting hours for our late night arrival. We definitely would go back again.

Good

Bed falling apart and so noisy with every move (both beds noisy in one room). Tub won't hold water-plug doesn't work. Car horn constantly blowing in parking lot. Didn't care for pool location or need for wrist fob to get in and out of the gate-we couldn't remember to grab one until we were clear out to the gate! We loved the chairs though never able to get front row due to same people always getting them. The maintenance guy, manager and chair guys were fantastic. Overall loved Siesta Key.

What a lovely spot to watch all the beach and ocean activity! The new renovations to the bathrooms and kitchen are very nice. It is relatively quiet and has a well outfitted kitchen. The beds were ok. It was so nice to have 2 chairs available to us each day on the beach and purchasing an umbrella was very easy. Communication with the host was excellent. He was very responsive regarding my questions. The Crescent Arms property manager was not as responsive as the host. All in all this is a beautiful spot for a family to spend time in.

Disappointed

When we arrived the TV in the living room didn't work; the main bathroom shower plate indicating hot & cold is backwards; the second bathroom - the ball to turn shower on was on the floor and one of the sink's faucet was dripping on the counter; both mattresses on the 2nd bedroom are terrible and the bed frames knocked on the wall with any movement; the foot frame on the master bedroom is too wide - my husband is going home with a bleeding scar on his leg. The office took care promptly on what they could do. NOT all things were fixed. NOT HAPPY. After paying so much for a week I ecpected the apartment to be in pristine shape with comfortable beds. Will NEVER come back to this apartment.

Relaxing on Siesta Key

Wonderful beach front condo, plenty of space, screened porch. The only complaint is the TVs in both bedrooms do not work. Other than that it was perfect!! We will be back!
