Very nice property, exactly what we were looking for as we needed a one level house. It was comfortable and spacious. Also an excellent location in the city. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect space for a weekend work trip! Everyone had plenty of space and it was in close proximity to everything we needed.

This place was wonderful. Impeccably clean and furnished/supplied with everything we needed for a home away from home. Check in/out was easy, communication was top notch, this place exceeded all our expectations. In addition to how great the house is, the location was absolutely perfect to get out and see all the sights.

USTA Nationals Trip

We loved the property. The house is charming and spacious. The only issue we had is "pool" is listed as an amenity and there is no pool.

We are glad you guys loved the property and had the space you needed while away for your USTA Nationals competition! We hope the competition went well for all that participated! Our sincerest apologies for the mishap about the pool! Thank you for bringing the “pool” to our attention, not sure how that box was marked, but we made the appropriate changes so that doesn’t happen again! We are truly sorry for that mishap. Thank you for being such great guests, we will host you again anytime!

This was our home away from home for 1 month. The office was spacious and a great place to work from with good light from the windows. We literally walked 5 blocks up to the hiking in the forest to dinosaur park, skyline and another time to amphitheater. A bonus was the pickleball courts just a 5 minute walk. We easily could bike to town and biked to canyon lake on the wonderful trail. The beds were comfortable, nice large bathrooms, kitchen where we made many meals. Equipment was ample. Nice big backyard for our dog, nice grill and a table where we sat and had coffee. We appreciate so much that Cher and Hussein share their home. We saw all of the sights from badlands, Rushmore, Needles drive, Custer St Park, etc. We even got invited to the block party and met neighbors. Super safe and friendly neighborhood. There is an elementary school next to the pickleball courts. So grateful this home was available!

Family of 6 our for the 85th Rally. PERFECT location, Incredible house. We loved it. Our furry family member loved it as well. Plenty of room for Kimber in the back yard to run and play. Would not change anything about the trip. We will come back for the 89th rally and hopefully stay at this house again.
