The house was in great condition. The location is convenient to what ever one would want. Certainly would stay here again if in Rapid City vicinity. We especially enjoyed the reclining sofa in the living room.

My family and I loved our stay! The house was very clean and provided plenty of space for all to be comfortable. The location was quiet and provided beautiful views of the city. Definitely would recommend staying here as we are already planning a return trip next year.

We very much enjoyed the comfort, location and views here! The kitchen was well equipped and everything was clean! We sat on n the balcony each night overlooking the lights! And each day we traveled to the sites all around us! We didn’t have children with us but it is a perfect set up for multi family or multiple ages.

The Overlook was a fantastic place to stay for our South Dakota 'Road Trip'. The home provided all the space we needed for the 6 of us, was clean and well-stocked, and centrally located to all the sights we wanted to see. The host was quick to respond to any questions, etc. We would stay at The Overlook again and highly recommend it.

The home was great, as was the host. Cody communicated throughout the stay promptly answering my every question. The fam loved the space. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. I was surprised the bathrooms had everything including soap/shampoo which you don't get in all homes. Overall a perfect 5 star stay. Would happily stay here again.

House is perfect location for all you want to do in the Black Hills. Kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable. Lots seating area for meals. Down stairs is great for grown kids or second family, I would suggest owner puts in coffee bar and small refrigerator in the lower level. Upstairs deck if wonderful wine and fire pit. Host has done a good job to make if vacation friendly

Overlook

The house was the perfect size and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. Communication with the owners was great and they responded to my questions before our stay promptly and checked in during our stay as well. Highly recommend!!

The property was nice! Accurately described in the VRBO listing. It was equipped with the basic essentials which was wonderful. The host was super responsive and checked in to make sure everything was going ok. The location was great to cover all of the sites around the Black Hills area. I would definitely stay there again!

Clean and comfortable

This was our central home base for our family vacation to South Dakota. The home did not dissapoint. Our kids slept great and enjoyed the ping pong table. If we are back in the Rapids City area, we would stay here again.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY

WE WERE THERE 9-16-24 THRU 9-20-24. WE LOVED THE VIEWS FROM THE DECK AND PATIO BOTH AM &PM. ALL OF THE BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE. THIS IS AN END UNIT AND VERY EASY TO GET TO. CODY WAS VERY EASY TO CONTACT, AND HE CHECKED IN WITH US A FEW TIMES. I WOULD DEFINANTLY STAY HERE AGAIN.

Horizon Pointe

Three family members thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The owners have provided everything necessary including the most spectacular view. We used the kitchen and found everything necessary for meal preparation. The home is in excellent condition. So grateful I found this location on VRBO which helped made our trip to Rapid City memorable.

Perfect home base for Mt Rushmore and the area

The Overlook was everything we had hoped for. We used it as a home base to see Mount Rushmore, the Badlands and more. Cody was very responsive and great with communication. The house was very clean, spacious, and perfectly laid out. People could play games and not disturb anyone trying to take a nap. The ping pong and foosball were a big hit with the family. The house is at the top of a hill and has beautiful views of the city below. If we visit the area again, we will definitely choose this location.

Nice Place for Large Family

This was a very nice place for a 3-generational family with plenty of space for 10+ people to be comfortable. The property was exactly as shown in the listing + very close to all the tourist locations.
