Come back from your 5-minute walk to the Magnolia Silos/downtown Waco area and relax in our 65 jet hot tub! Sleeping up to 10+ people, you'll love calling us home for your Magnolia visit, girls' trip, family reunion, team business event or Baylor University schedule. We look forward to hosting you!

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please clean up the kitchen by clearing out unused food items, taking the trash out to large city bins either at the side of the house of the curb for pick up and start the dishwasher of dirty dishes.
Please collect all used towels and leave on the laundry room floor to help our cleaner get a quick start. Leave used beds unmade, housecleaner will strip the used beds.
On your way out lock exterior doors and turn of all lights. Kindly send a message when departing the property. The cleaning crew arrives by 11:15.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not allow pets on furniture.
Smoking may only occur around the outdoor fire pit.
No indoor use of candles or the fireplace.

We loved the private parking, as we were a big group with 4 separate vehicles for which there was ample space. The location of the house is hard to beat! Very close to the silos and multiple fast food places. The host was quick to reply to anything we needed to message her for. We would happily stay here again!

Perfect home and location!

This home was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway! We had 2 families of 4 and 3 additional adults that were all very comfortable. The home is older but is very well kept and nicely decorated. Location is close to everything you can think of and the host is fantastic at communicating. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return to this same home!

Both the host and the property were amazing! The outdoor space is very nice and private. We loved the fire pit and the hot tub. The house is so welcoming and cute. It was stocked with all of our needs to have Thanksgiving dinner. The board games were a fun addition! Erin the host has thought of everything. We would absolutely stay at this property again. Also, loved the location. Thank you for an awesome experience!

Very disappointing stay. The property looked far different from the listing photos and appeared poorly maintained. Overgrown landscaping, cracked walkways, strong odors inside, an unusable jacuzzi, uneven floors, and visible deterioration made the home feel neglected and uncomfortable. We understand older homes have character, but this property was not kept to a reasonable vacation-rental standard. Unfortunately, we had no other options available on short notice.

Perfect for a Bachelorette Group

Amazing home for a bachelorette group - so thankful for this place. It hosted our group perfectly and we loved having the private parking in the back. It is an older home so there were a few quirks to the house like uneven floors and such but personally, I love houses like that. Location was a little further out from the main area of Waco than I thought but was also nice and quiet. Would stay here again

Waco was a beautiful town. This home is in a perfect location for all tourist attractions. We walked to most. And having the comfort of parking in a closed in yard area in the back was a plus.

Great location!

We had a great time! We enjoyed the hottub at night. It is central to downtown, Magnolia, and lots of restaurants. It is old and charming. The downstairs furniture definitely needs updating but the beds were comfortable. It was very clean and the host was super responsive. Our dog loved the backyard. I come to Waco often and I will be staying again!

Graduation Getaway

My family booked a two night stay here at Simply GettaWaco and it was perfect for what we needed. We were within walking distance of several places to eat and only a few miles from our destinations (Cameron Park ZOO and Baylors Ferrell Center). There was a hot tub on the deck along with beautiful string lights and there was seating for a fire pit too it was just too hot for a fire during our visit.

The location is great if you’re coming to Magnolia and that area. Walking distance to many shops and food. The house is older and has several sloped floors and elevation changes in the flooring which caused some issues for my older mother, several trips and stumbles. The home had everything we needed. Enjoyed the hot tub.

Simply Get-A-Waco was the perfect spot for me and my friends to stay for the weekend. The property manager was readily available to answer any and all questions we had with regards to check in and availability. After a slight hiccup with the keyless entry pad, it only took her 10 minutes to resolve the understandable glitch which had taken place. PLENTY of parking in the fenced off backyard area. However, it was really never needed with the abundance of safe street parking available. Can not thank them enough for being a vital accommodation for such an important weekend for me and my career.

The location was excellent! We were close to everything in Waco. We could have walked to many of the Magnolia complexes had it not been so hot. We had private parking behind the house and there was a nice enclosed back yard. We always felt safe. Had it not been so hot, we would have utilized the hot tub more. Perfect amount of space for our 5 girl vacation and we all had our own rooms. There were a few minor things in the house that we reported to our host, and she sent someone out- even though it was later in the afternoon- and they were promptly fixed the same day. The host was very responsive to our communications. The house could use a little TLS maintenance, but overall we were very pleased with the house. It is as shown on the VRBO site.

It was a great place for a girls’ trip! Plenty of rooms and beds. The floors being uneven/sloped, and a lot of transitions with steps would make it tricky to navigate for older folks, but it worked well for us! The kitchen was well-stocked and being so close to Magnolia Market was awesome!
