GARBAGE: for long stays, garbage/recycling pick-up is Wednesday morning. Bins are located just inside the fenced-in gates facing the street on either side of the house. They can be left on the street on Tuesday night.

SMOKING: allowed outside. Ash trays located on back patio.

The overall stay was wonderful! Communication with the host was very quick and easy. Family friendly and pet friendly nice back fenced area! Felt like home away from home, the amenities were perfect had anything you could have thought of without needing to bring all the extras. Close to all things around, about 15 minute or less ride to Ft Myers beach and Sanibel. Places to check out around the stay would be Chocolattes, Marina Cantina Tin Tiki! Those were definitely our top two choices for food and coffee/breakfast choice. Enjoyed the stay was definitely made easy and would definitely stay again when visiting!

This neighborhood is such a great central location - 8 minutes from beach, 15 minutes from downtown, 25 minutes to Sanibel Island - and has INCREDIBLE restaurants & cafes in the area. Plenty of diners & stores in the area too.
This area is a GREAT representation of what Fort Myers has to offer, the place I've come to love calling home.
