Stay for our daughter's graduation at Georgetown

Great location, great property, there are excellent amenities and everything is really clean. We had great communication with the owner during the stay.

Fantastic spot for a DC vacation

Perfect location! Safe, clean and close to everything! Grocery, Starbucks and target within 1 block. Easy Uber over to the DC mall. Loved this location!

DC Trip

The property was very convenient for our family trip to Washington DC. It is a short drive to the National Mall. There is a Target in walking distance, which was helpful for a few items we needed. Property was clean and came as advertised.

We were two adult couples visiting DC, the place was perfect for our need. The apartment is clean, clear and spacious, with comfortable bedding. The building is calm, clean and has a great swimming pool. The location is perfect, a few minute walk from Rosslyn subway and walking distance from restaurants, bars and stores. We will definitely try to rent again next time we visit Washington DC!

Great Location

My stay was excellent. The property is very spacious, vlean and modern. The bathrooms were very nice, just like the pictures and the bed is comfortable. Very easy to checkin and check out. Close to the train and Target. I would stay here again, most definitely.

I rarely leave anything less than a positive review, but I feel it’s important to share our experience.We reserved this property more than a year in advance for our son’s graduation, as it appeared to be a great fit for our family. We understood and accepted the non-refundable terms because the listing showed amenities such as a common gathering space that would meet our needs. The address provided at the time of booking also confirmed it was a convenient location, which was an important factor in our decision.However, two days prior to our arrival, we received check-in instructions that included a different address than the one originally listed. When I reached out to the host, I was informed that the apartment had been changed to a completely different building a few blocks away. Unfortunately, there had been no proactive communication to notify us of this change, which was both unexpected and disappointing given how far in advance the reservation was made.The response we received placed the responsibility on Vrbo, but as a host, there is visibility into upcoming reservations. At a minimum, a direct communication to guests with confirmed bookings would have been appropriate and appreciated.Additionally, the unit and property we were ultimately given did not reflect what was advertised in the listing. Overall, we were disappointed by both the lack of communication and the absence of accountability regarding the change in property.

Clean, spacious, and great location.

Location is a quiet section of Arlington in a nice neighborhood. Felt very safe. No noise was heard from other apartments. The apartment was clean and spacious. Plenty of room in the living room for the 2 futons to be laid out without having to move furniture. I was there with my four kids 9 through 16 and we had plenty of space. Very close to Arlington and the Mall. Not close enough to walk, but a quick Uber was easy to get. Great place and fairly priced.

Not super kid friendly, but awesome place!

My group had 4 adults and 2 small kids. It wasnt really kid friendly. There were too many glass things (coffee table, shower soap bottles, etc.) Once we put those out of the kids reach, it was excellent!
