Cute n Cozy Apartment Near the Beach!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space located on the Southeast corner of the Island. Walking distance to the beach and literally right across the street from a lake, this cute n cozy space has everything you need for the solo traveler or a couple looking for a jump off spot to stay in while exploring the entire Island for business or pleasure. Everything that you need to be self contained and comfortable while maintaining a budget with accommodations up to U.S./U.K. standards. Cute, friendly and authentic beach town of Punta Santiago.

The space:
Cute and quaint studio apartment located to the rear of our main home. We are Snowbirds from Montana and generally not around much. You will have privacy and use of the full backyard as well as some other spaces while we are away. wifi, laundry and other additional amenities can be discussed at time of booking. Perfect, affordable spot to use with everything you need either while on vacation, here on business or out looking for your own piece of paradise while watching the budget. Cheers, -Rick & Tammy

Perfect location for a DIY trip to Puerto Rico

Property is clean, well kept and peefect for those who want a central location to explore san juan, el yunque, and vieques/culebrea. We loved that all of these locations were less than an hour away. Neighborhood felt safe, and the beach less than a mile from the property was very pretty. Loved this place and would definately return

Rick and Tammy are excellent hosts. Location is great, near the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. No issues with parking. Very charming neighborhood. The lodging is charming, beautiful back yard garden. I enjoyed sleeping hearing the coquis. Highly recommended.

I loved this little apartment!

I enjoyed my two week stay in Punta Santiago.My days were filled by having coffee in the beautiful backyard, walking to the beach to take pictures, going to the Nature Preserve and talking to the locals about their life in Puerto Rico.This little apartment is fully equipped with everything you will need - although small there is tons of storage.Tammy & Rick were great hosts.

My visit was awesome. Rick and Tammy are excellent folks and it was a pleasure to stay at their place. Excellent weather, dining and activities to be had. The accomodations are perfect for a single or a couple. Great bathroom, kitchen and bed. The back yard is private, nicely decorated and well maintained. The beach is a stones throw. White sandy beach, palm trees, look one way and see island and look inland to see mountains! Just awesome .

Quiet, safe and serene! Verde Mar is right across the street from the ocean and has a lake right in front of our place. The residential setting offers a more authentic, less commercial quality experience.
