Oceanview Condo at A Place at the Beach w/ direct beach access

Welcome to Frogsong! This first floor side condo has an ocean view from the covered deck and is perfect for a small group in search of relaxation and direct oceanfront access. A Place at the Beach (located in Phase 2) has private dune walks to the beach. The direct ocean view makes for great sunrises and breezy evenings, and the walk to the strand is steps away. This property also has access to the community pool. Both TV's have streaming services such as Hulu, Disney, ESPN, Netflix, Amazon etc. Guests are required to use their own streaming accounts for access.

A place at the beach truly was as described, actually there were extra little things here & there that made our beach Vaca, even that much better. We had a great stay, easy check in routine, as well check out. We would be happy to come stay again!

Great location for relaxing

Great location, clean condo. About a 20 min walk to the pier and mini golf. Direct beach access was great, no noise issues. We could not get the WiFi to work but other than that it was great!

The property was well maintained and was exactly what the pictures showed. Everything was updated and clean and well managed. The king size bed needs a larger frame but its nothing that would keep me from booking again.

The condo seemed very musty. Every room felt damp. The washer/dryer combo was a disaster, with directions that told you nothing. My clothes never dried and I had to use the quarter machine. On a positive note, beach and pool access were great.
