If you are looking for quiet beautiful sunsets on a private setting, yet still being close to the bustle of the beach, this is it! Our spot creates relaxed romance from dawn to dusk where entertaining is easy, comfort reigns supreme and natural beauty is the essence of style. Our location in Arroyo Grande puts you within 2 minutes of the Cypress Ridge Golf Course, 5 minutes to wineries and the historic Village of Arroyo Grande, and 7-10 minutes to Pismo and Avila Beaches. The Central Coast rivals the Napa Valley featuring more than 200 wineries and vineyards in the region. On almost any given weekend one can find activities such as wine tastings and festivals, biking events, and fares of all types.

This property is ideal for small family reunions, receptions, get-togethers, corporate executive retreats, and for those wine enthusiasts interested in sharing the cost of a beautiful home and property by bringing a group of 3-4 couples, several families or a group of friends.

We are a unique property with a flock of chickens known as 'The Zen Hen Hut' birds, bunnies, miniature horse, ducks, and a sweet goat. This 2,600+ square foot family owned retreat, is a two-story home that has 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, a very open & large kitchen, and family and dining area. The game room with pool table, bar, large couch and games lets you enjoy your stay while having fun things to do with your family and group. The home is situated on 5 acres with generous room to relax and enjoy!

The Master Suite features a Balinese hand carved four poster (king) bed with luxurious bedding including 500 thread count sheets, chenille blanket and oh so comfy pillows. It also has a cozy sitting area for reading or watching TV on the large flatscreen. The bath with this bedroom includes a dual vanity, travertine floor, a walk-in custom travertine shower and a bay window with a bench seat that allows guests to lounge in serenity!

The second large bedroom is equipped with a sleigh (king) bed with silky sheets, chenille blanket and velvet duvet . This bedroom whispers romance with red walls, and sitting area offering a flat screen TV.

The third bedroom highlights a queen bed and also has a built-in desk. Enjoy the second bath amenities including travertine floors, glass tile counters, dual vanity and then ultimately relax and unwind!

The library has a cozy daybed and can accommodate 2 for sleeping, as well as the ADDITIONAL DAYBED IN THE GAME ROOM

The game room is equipped with a full size pool table, bar and popcorn cart. The floors are stained concrete and offer a comfy couch with more games for kids and adults alike. This large room also allows a queen size bed that can be brought in very easily for more sleeping accommodations.

The dining and living area is open and airy with a large dining table, a long bar and a cozy bistro nook area (seats 13 all together). Relax and conversate in the main living area that boasts a flat screen TV, overstuffed chenille couch and gas log fireplace. The home includes all linens, blankets, deluxe coffee maker, cooking and utensils, and beach towels. There is a fenced yard and we do accept pets (see the pet fees on prices page). We can accommodate up to 11.
