It was a beautiful home, if you have allergies be sure to take allergy medicine. Shoes are not allowed upstairs so make sure to bring extra socks. We had so much fun at feeding time with the animals. Peri was a lovely host and very welcoming! Game room was a wonderful thing to have, make sure to bring kernels for the popcorn machine ! Such a cozy place. Not far from the beach and shopping center. Plus we got a special gift from the chickens :) (farm fresh eggs).

The hosts Peri and Jeff are amazing, super friendly and approachable. This is a perfect place for families in a very calm and quiet area, the house is very clean and beautifully furnished with so much love and care. Absolutely great vacation place.

We had an amazing stay here for our Fourth of July family vacation! This was by far one of the most family-friendly places we’ve stayed. Our kids absolutely loved the animals and looked forward to feeding them every day—it was such a special experience that they’ll be talking about for a long time.The hosts truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were incredibly welcoming, thoughtful, and even set up a bonfire for our family, which made for the perfect evening together. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests and creating a wonderful experience.The property was peaceful, clean, and perfect for families looking to relax while giving kids plenty to enjoy. We made so many great memories here and are already looking forward to coming back for our Fourth of July vacation next year. Highly recommend!

The perfect house for our family reunion/birthday party! We loved many things about this farmhouse, especially how there are areas for large gatherings, and plenty of small side rooms and outdoor space for smaller group conversations. Pery and Mike are fantastic hosts, and Pery was terrific with the grandkids while introducing them to the many animals, and allowing them to help feed the goats, pig, and horses. The house feels remote and is in a quiet neighborhood, yet everything you might need is easily reachable by car. Pery and Mike were easily accessible on the property, and very responsive to our needs. Our visit also came with fresh eggs from the kitchen and artichokes from the garden. Family trip to our niece’s wedding

Incredible experience!

My family absolutely loved staying at Zen farms! The highlight was seeing my children, ages 6 and 8, helping out with morning feedings of the animals. The host, Perri, was so kind and sweet with the kids, helping them feel involved. This was a trip my kids will never forget! Beautiful and relaxing stay!

Perfect house

Peaceful time

The property and owners were wonderful! The house was beautiful, clean, and plenty of room. We had plenty of amenities, towels, blankets, etc. My children loved the animals, spending time with them, and helping to feed them (a real high light!!) . It was so peaceful and quiet, just what we needed for some quality family time.

We chose the property for the animals, but the house, land was beyond lovely. We lucked out with weather so we could really enjoy the beautiful farm. Perri was an amazing host, letting us know when to come out to feed the animals with her!

Great Place for a Family Get-Together

Ten of us spent two nights here while visiting with each other and with family members who live in the area. The house easily accommodated our entire group and was a nice place to hang out - lots of room both inside and out. Hosts Peri and Jeff were wonderful and very accommodating. We joined them in the feeding of the animals one morning and were treated to fresh eggs from their hens later that day.

Perfect house

Perfect house for families. House is extremely spacious and entertaining. Farm animals are awesome for the kids and the house is nicely tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Hosts are very nice and the house is conveniently next to an awesome golf course. 5 star.

Peri was the BEST VRBO host we have ever had. She communicated well, gave clear instructions and was available at all hours. What an amazing experience for my grandchildren (age 10 and 12). Peri went above and beyond explaining everything quite thoroughly. I can’t say enough about how positive every moment was that we spent on the property. The house was clean, roomy, up to date with many amenities. I highly recommend this property.

We had a great time at the farm house!

Peri and Jeff were great hosts! My family had such a great time at their beautiful home. Peri gave us a tour upon arrival of the house and later of the farm. We loved feeding all the animals and spending time with them. Peri also had some recommendations on some local attractions that turned out to be great. I highly recommend this place. My family and I will be back in the future.

I have never experienced a host such gracious as Peri. She spent extra hours per day with the grandkids making sure they all had tuns walking the horses, feeding the animals, finding bugs for the ducks, etc. AMAZING!!!!!!!!The house had so many coaches, beds, etc. for sleeping. Extremely clean, it was wonderful from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. It was an absolute Delight and my grandkids did not want to leave. I was looking for something different than a typical house with a pool for the grandkids and this was it, BEST EVER!!!!!!!

The house is large and beautiful. Peri let my girls help to feed the goats, chickens, pig, and horses. She was so patient with the girls. There was 5 acres with fruit trees. We picked plums that were delicious. Peri had wet suits and boogie boards. The girls had so much fun at the beach.
