南ジャコのビーチにある美しく装飾された2,000平方フィートのビーチフロントの家。 大きなプール、炭火焼き、芝生の裏庭で完全にエアコン。 町の中心部（車で2分）まで徒歩圏内（7分）にあります。

オーシャンフロントのプールを備えたこの素晴らしい家は最近改装され、改装されました。 床はタイル張りです。 高い天井や巧みに彫られたドアなど、多くの木材仕上げが施されています。 居間の引き戸が開き、新鮮な海風が吹き込めます。 美しいトロピカルウッドフェンスとPVCの窓とドアを備えた非常に安全な施設です。

家は完全にエアコンされています。 設備の整ったキッチンには、6つのスツールとダイニングテーブルを備えた朝食カウンターがあります。 4つの屋外テーブルが2つあり、屋外での食事が可能です。

リビングルームには、Blu-rayプレーヤーを備えたスマートテレビ（インターネット接続）の周りの快適なソファに6人が座っています。 ソファの1つがフルサイズのベッドに引き出します。

Great place to stay in Jaco. Close to everything plus you get some privacy. Hot water was limited in the master shower but otherwise no issues.

Our stay at this beachfront property in Jacó was absolutely wonderful. The location couldn’t have been better—right on the beach, yet just a short walk to great restaurants and shops. Despite being so close to everything, the property still felt peaceful and private.Gabriel was fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the area. The security staff, Lester, was kind, attentive, and made us feel completely safe during our stay. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and communication throughout was excellent. We had an amazing experience and can’t wait to come back.

We staued a few days. The security was amazing always there to help with anything. Our host even stopped in just to check on us and see if we needed anything. It was amazing stay.

Our group consisted of 5 adults (2 couples and a single), and this house was the perfect fit for us. Spacious and roomy with all of the amenities we needed. When we booked, we really didn't expect to use the pool at all - but found ourselves using it multiple times every day just to relax

Great Beach Stay in the water

Inviting house and property with friendly and helpful host. Everything worked as advertised, clean house with a great pool for sitting beside at night enjoying the sound of the waves and conversations with friends.

Beachfront in Jaco

Great location. Across the street from the beach and a very short walk to restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. The pool area is awesome and Gabriel was great in checking us in and answering our questions. The house was spotless and exactly as advertised.

AMAZING LOCATION

This place was phenomenal. The property is located right on the beach. The pool is great and gets sun all day. Five minute walk to everything. Great communication from Gabriel, the property manager.

Great place for a relaxing time in Jaco

This location could not have been more perfect. Three bedrooms, two nice size 3 bathrooms, beautiful pool and unbelievable walk out to the beach. Everything was absolutely clean and worked well. Gabriel was a gentleman and explained how everything operated. We would definitely stay again.
