Couples vacation

The condo is really nice. The views from all 3 balconies are great. See the mountains from the east and the ocean via the west. The owner was very accommodating for us.

Great Stay

The stay overall was great. Our hostess was very nice and very prompt on fixing any issues we had. The property is within walking distance of everything you may want to do in Jaco. Carlos andcthe shuttle service were superb. We will definitely come back and use the same amenities.

Christmas 2024

This was the perfect place for parents, two teens and grandparents (6). The place was exactly as described and the beach access was amazing. While there are some rip currents to be aware of, the ocean was perfect for surfing for our advanced 17 year old surfer. The property manager was very responsive to all our requests. A perfect family Christmas vacation.

Great place. Perfect location

This place was great. Perfect location. Sunrise breakfast on corner of the Main Street or walk down beach to grab a bite. Pool was perfect and beach is right there. Even allowed to check in early as we were coming from San Jose and wanted to go to the beach early. Was ready by 11! Communication was easy with everything and check in and out was great. 10/10. Go the Lemon Cest for dinner was best we had the whole trip.

Great property, great view, host is not super helpful

Host is as she says property manager, does not real help as a host. We had no cell service so ask about a private chef communication was not clear enough so he didn’t get to come. Spoke with the host about it and she clearly stated she has no part of helping with plans for the stay. Outside of the host everything was marvelous!

I have been a host for different vacation rental websites for the last eight years. We do provide really good service. We make sure condos are clean. Pictures are accurate. We made sure that everything works in the condo. We are available for any inconvenience during your stay, we provide shuttle service, Unfortunately, you cannot, please everyone, This guest was given the phone number to arrange for a chef Her lack of communication is The outcome of no communicating properly I saw the messages between her and the chef he asked her he gave her the price she never answered her and she replied “thank you” What is that supposed to mean? The chef didn’t know if that meant yece meant no meant. Let me think about it because she was not able to say yes thank you yes, please yes I agree and even though I called to find out what happened And we provide her with a free meal at the restaurant if hurting her family wanted to come because of the misunderstanding very ungratefully she writes this bad review Very inconsiderate.

Family trip

Don't be scared off by lack of reviews (this is usally something that is a red flag for me). Property is as shown. Clean, large with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. Jaco is very walkable with lots of restaurants to choose from. Grocey store across the street if you want to pick some stuff up. Kitchen is well equipped. Great pool, steps to the beach. Complex was quiet, never heard neighbors. We had a minor issue at check in but the host was right on top of it. She was easy to reach and great to work with. None of the typical rental property "rule books". Just a few common sense things, not an obnoxious cleaning check out list or anything like that. Would definitely recommend.
