Cozy, country home surrounded by nature with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a sleeper loveseat to host your next getaway. Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, free Wifi and Roku TV's. Barbeque on the deck while enjoying beautiful sunsets or a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise. The gas firepit and electric fireplace provide a cozy atmosphere during the fall and winter months. As the home states, you are nestled in a whitetail haven where you will likely see beautiful whitetail deer and their fawns passing through as they call this area home. Just 15 miles from the Ark Encounter, local dining and shopping. We are centrally located between Lexington KY, Louisville KY and Cincinnati OH. We're 49 miles to the Kentucky Horse park, 48 miles to the Creation Museum, and 34 miles to the Cincinnati Zoo.

We totally enjoyed staying at your home. It had everything we needed with the exception of a toaster. We did look very well for the toaster, but could not find it.Totally enjoyed sitting on the back deck, watching the animals and just relaxingOur reason for visiting was to go to the ark and the creation museumOverall, the trip was rem-Ark-able!Would definitely recommend the home to someone else and would re-rent if we come that way again.

The property has to be the cleanest place we have stayed in years. The home had nothing negative about it at all. We were very comfortable and convenient for the attractions in the area. The host is very responsive and helpful.

The house was very well cleaned and was very inviting and welcoming. We felt right at home as soon as we entered the property and especially when we walked in the house. Very quiet area to stay in to relax and enjoy quality family time. The host responded very quickly to any questions I had prior to arriving. Kitchen was well equipped and had some cooking items such as cooking oil, seasonings, etc. we enjoyed the fire pit on the back deck and enjoyed our morning coffee on the front porch. Highly recommend staying here and it isn't far from town and the Ark Encounter. Thank you again Jackie and Josh for being excellent hosts for our first family vacation.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was in the boonies a bit but such a beautiful area and a very pleasant drive! Lots of wildlife!

My family and I really enjoyed our time at this home! It was in a beautiful location, with a wonderful yard and large back porch. It was very clean, we had plenty of room and everything we needed for an excellent price. The host made check in and check out an easy process. And, it was close to all the sites we had planned to visit. I would highly recommend this property when in this area of Kentucky!

Brought my 88 yo mom down to see The Ark exhibit and this VRBO was such a nice, safe place to stay. Clean, quaint and peaceful and beautiful drive to surrounding areas. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Really enjoyed staying at their place. Would stay again if ever back in area. Thanks to the hosts for providing a nice place!

Great Host, Josh & Jackie made us feel at home, the girls loved feeding the deer. House was beautiful & clean. We had everything we needed & more. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

The kitchen has both regular coffee pot and a Keurig. The rooms are a perfect size with comfortable beds in all three rooms. We stayed up playing cards at the table in kitchen. Plenty of parking area in the driveway. Close enough to the Ark and museum. We fit in some antique shopping. Had a wonderful time wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect place to stay if you do not want to be in the city. It was truly our away from home for 4 days as we toured the Ark and Creation museum. Clean. Comfortable. Had everything we needed. Spent lots of time on the back porch. Seen and heard lots of wildlife. (Turkey, deer, squirrels) Highly recommend for relaxing get away if your trying to get out of the city.

The house was clean, warm, and welcoming. It was decorated for Christmas which was a nice added touch. The owners were very kind and pleasant when we spoke on the phone. Our family enjoyed our trip and look forward to visiting again.
