Benvenuti Kuilima Estates, il complesso si trova per motivi di fama mondiale Turtle Bay. I condomini sono circondati da due campi da golf ben curati, e sono gli unici condomini sulla North Shore. Questo è un luogo ideale per rilassarsi, riavvolgere e restauro, e un mondo lontano forma il trambusto della città. Il complesso si trova a pochi passi dalla struttura e ad una bella, riparata, spiaggia coved, dove si può nuotare, fare snorkeling, e surf. Great location if you are looking to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu. Many things to do within a 30 minutes drive on either side of the island. This unit needs many updates. Cabinet door hinges were loose in both bathrooms and kitchen. Downstairs bathroom shower floods. Light switches were a little confusing and some didn't work. Living room furniture could use a good cleaning. Unit gets very hot during the day, air conditioners only in bedrooms and they struggle to keep things cool in those rooms. Though there is a nice cross breeze in the evenings to help cool things down a little bit. We very much liked the property but wouldn't stay in this unit again until updates were made.

Wedding Stay for 5 Adults

Nice property that we were able to book at the last minute when our other VRBO cancelled out. It was well located and well appointed for a family stay. The property was clean and there was lots of room for five adults. The outdoor covered and screened lanai was especially appreciated. The description online was accurate. If you plan on cooking make sure you bring all your condiments and spices as well as spare paper towels and toilet paper. There are plenty of cooking and serving utensils. We would stay here again - 5 night stay in mid April 2025.

It was a home away from home.Although we did not use the drawers and cabinets in the rooms, the dresser was wobbly which was kinda scary to me because I didn't want my kids and myself to touch it just incase the lamp upstairs fell over. The drawers of that dresser didn't work properly, another reason why I wouldn't have used it. The water pressure and just how the water came out in both showers was not to my liking at all. The shower upstairs kept only being hot or cold, nothing inbetween, no matter how slow I would be turning the knob to get warm water. So because of that it took me forever to take a shower. My husband though loves hot water so he was in heaven. The patio downstairs was heaven! I played games with my kids fresh air blowing through. There are 2 screen doors that could have been used to go in the back grass area but only one door worked which was a little irritating but not the end of the world. We loved how LeiLei's was right there! Probably our favorite feature of the stay😅. That and the pool of course! But actually the pool could be ALOT colder! That needs to change! I don't know why it's so warm🤢Other than that, we all had a blast! Gona book a stay again soon!🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽

Great location, perfect for where our events were for the weekend. However, it was a bit dusty, upstairs bathroom hand soap was empty, not enough trash bags, we had to wash the dishes prior to using them, dryer had hair and lint hanging from it once I opened it to use it. The community was quiet and nice. Lots of good food and places to check out.

WONDERFUL CONDO AND EXPERIENCE

It's 2 minutes to the beach, comfortable beds, great sofas, and adequate kitchen amenities. The property management company was AWESOME as well - they were so kind and went beyond our expectations. Don't hesitate - book this today - you will not regret it. In fact, we loved it SO much we booked for next year already!!! LOVE THIS CONDO AND LOCATION! :)

Three days at the turtle bay

Our apartment was excellent and clean. We have gotten the email with relevant information some days before, unfortunately we didn’t get a brief description to our apartment, no key codes and the number of the house. That caused us to have problems getting into the apartment.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed for 2 nights/3 days. Location was great. We walked to the beach and restaurants at turtle bay resort. View of the golf course was nice. Master bedroom mattress was terrible. Felt like a box spring. Master bedroom bathroom fan was uncomfortably loud. Two of the stairs to go up to second floor are cracked. Coffee maker needs to be cleaned or replaced. Slider door is almost impossible to move. Some beach stuff would have been appreciated. Overall a good place to stay for a few days not a full week.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We did not expect the condo to be so nice. It was very clean and well stocked. There was everything we needed to prepare any meal. The property manager was not only helpful but nice and accessible. When we had a minor plumbing problem, the management responded immediately and the fix was made while we were sightseeing for the day. The location is perfect, a very close walk to the beach, and close to so many other attractions. I highly recommend this condo. We had a fabulous time!

A Hawaiian getaway from Covid

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: With all the step you need to take to get to Hawaii is so worth it once you arrive at Turtle bay Resort! The unit is open and airy with the louvered windows, so much so that you can hear the waves crashing from the beach that is a short walk away. The Estates are welcoming, quiet and make you feel secure. The main level sofa & chairs have been ungraded and are very comfortable. As you sit on the Lanai you can hear laughter coming form across the golf course, there is Lai Lai restaurant that serves great food and drinks on the greens simply adding to the already wonderful time spent here. My family of 6 stayed comfortably for 10 night and found it hard to leave. I would definingly recommend the Estates at Turtle Bay for you Hawaiian vacation for family and friends. Mahalo!

Family stay

We arrived late due to rental car hold up in Honolulu. The host still had not sent check in details, but I did receive gate instructions from Kuilima Eststes so didn’t panic yet. On arrival we could not get in to unit and could not phone Kuilima Eststes as they were closed. Tried emergency number but no one called back. We booked with Vrbo so used the 24/7 chat line to see what to do. They were very helpful and tried communicating with host also but no luck. We were advised to stay elsewhere for 1 night (all very stressful). The next day Kuilima Estates were able to help me with check in - still no contact from the host. Positives: Lovely unit, easy access to beaches. Negatives: very noisy lots goes on between 12am-6am take good ear plugs. Light comes in 2 rooms early (room with ensuite is good) - darker curtains would be great. I would book directly through Kuilima Eststes to avoid the stress we went through. Lost a day travelling as we were so tired the next day, but we made the most of it best we could. Love the North Shore

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was unfortunately a 4 Star rating. We were very precisely informed of the penalties for breaking the rules. When we arrived I was disappointed in the up-keep of the unit. Some things we observed at the condo:Fan noise in the upstairs bathroom (the cover is nearly plugged it’s so filthy)The light above the upstairs vanity burnt outShower light flickering lanai screen ripped and the sliding screen doors won’t close Sliding glass doors are not easily closed and locked I found a used breath right strip on our nightstand The freezer compartment is filthy, and the chill box on the left side latch needed repairThere are no instructions for the spectrum TV operationSand through the downstairs, but had to be cleaned for comfort.If these issues were absent I would give it the other star.Over all everything else was Great. I would recommend the Turtle Bay Wicked Wahine to all.I definitely would stay again. Oh, why was there a box of numerous packs of matches? with another place's logo on them. We thought there were to be no open flames. Perhaps For the bathroom, Thank you for the experience.

Could have been so much better.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose to stay at Turtle Bay for my daughters wedding. We had heard great things about Turtle Bay and we thought we couldn't go wrong. While the experience overall was Okay, I definitely didn't leave super impressed. Some of the things I was not impressed by was the fact that the place seems to be unkept. We had light bulbs that were burnt out; air conditioners that were very noise and so we decided not to use them; built up dust in a lot of the light fixtures, broken furniture in the pool area and more. I also didn't get the impression that the management company really cared a whole lot. Like when I called to ask about getting shampoo and conditioner for our room, I was told that it wasn't provided and that I would have to go purchase my own (a 20 min drive from Turtle Bay). I told them that the downstairs bathroom had a large bottle of shampoo and conditioner and their reply was that it must be the "owner's bottles". But I'm guessing it was purchased by the last guest who stayed in the room and the housekeeping crew didn't remove it when they cleaned the room. So again, not impressed by the cleanliness. It's really disappointing because these are nice condos and a little more attention to detail would have made this a WONDERFUL place to stay. But for the price we paid, I was expecting a little more.

The property is outstanding and well kept. I did want to extend our stay by one day but found the added price of $500 ridiculous. Had a wonderful stay!!
