Nice large apartment with two bathrooms and plenty of sleeping space. Great location. Would return again. As others have noted, it could use more air conditioning. The two loft beds get quite warm as the only AC units are in the bedrooms.

We loved this quiet, clean North Shore condo. It was perfect for our family with young kids. It had everything we needed to cook meals, plus easy access to the beach and a short walk to coffee at the Ritz-Carlton. The location was super convenient and an excellent value. A true gem. Great location for North Shore area as long as you have a car. Units are older (probably built in mid 1970s) but sufficiently updated where it counts on the inside. They are coming into their vintage charm years so we didn't mind. Landscaping around the units was beautiful and well maintained.Some of the folding and sliding doors are showing their age and rickety to open but the place accommodated our party of 6 perfectly. AC and fans were helpful. Kitchen was well set up, but the drying rack was designed by someone who has never washed dishes before and was an awkward arrangement. Still, it got the job done and we were grateful for the space to save money on eating out every meal of the day. TV entertainment was crucial for our younger crew in the middle of the day with a UV index of 10 outside (yikes) and the streaming services were confusing with 3 different TV remotes, 2 of which did nothing. Two calls to their help line didn't prove helpful. A million dollar business idea for someone who can streamline the streaming service modalities or normalize a simplified 6 button TV remote to replace the current 50-button remote insanity.Excellent proximity to the Ritz-Carlton beach which we went to often. Property pools weren't blingy nor spectacular but our kids felt differently- they loved them. All they needed was clean water to swim in without sand, and that's exactly what we got. Cabana space was great shade for the non-swimmers.

This was a very nice place to stay overall. The location was nice. It was about a 10 or 12 minute walk to the beach. The beach access wasn't all that convenient because of the way the Ritz Carlton grants public access but was still beautiful. The location was convenient for the North Shore activities which were great. Very quiet and pleasant to stay there. The air conditioners saved us on very hot days. Bear in mind the two twin beds are in a common loft area and don't get very cool since the AC units are in the bedrooms.The access code we were given for the door was wrong, but we were able to call the emergency number and get a new code so not a big deal. I would recommend that the host go there and cook breakfast, shower, and get ready for the day. There was no salt or pepper, cooking oil for the pans (that were in rough shape, but usable), hand soap in the kitchen, or shampoo in the bathrooms. There were the small bars of soap in the bathrooms. Those are amenities that I've always seen included in previous rentals. Not deal breakers at all, but inconvenient to have to run to the store and then throw the remains away.I don't hesitate to recommend this location for a great place to stay

Kitchen was fully equipped. The air conditioning was only in the rooms, so it made the common area hot. It cooled down after cranking both upstairs and downstairs AC units, but then the rooms were freezing. Overall, really nice, quiet area on a beautiful piece of property. Neighbors were friendly and quiet. Check in and check out was a breeze. Someone always answered the 24/7 hotline and security was very helpful when we got lost. We will definitely be staying at the kuilima estates when we come back.

We had an enjoyable stay at this property. Although the unit is a little older it was well maintained and clean. It was very easy to get access and the location is very good for seeing the North Shore area.

Just what we needed

We were spending a week on Oahu visiting family and showing the island to a couple that were there for the first time. We have stayed at Turtle Bay many times before and this time was just like the others. A nice place to stay away from the crowds and hustle of the big cities. Beautiful location.

great place to stay! Condo could use a little updating, such as fresh paint, a new rug and new couch. But it was clean and enjoyed our time there. Loved having the golf course out the back, the pool so close and the beach within walking distance! Would stay here again

The area is great! Very peaceful, the pool was great. We liked the property, it was clean and comfortable. It was not super stocked with supplies specifically in the kitchen. Not much in terms of personal touch.

Turtle Bay never disappoints

What a wonderful week on the north shore of Oahu. Turtle Bay is an incredible setting with perfect access to beach and PCC. As always, we didn’t want to leave. Layout of the condo was perfect for our family of 5. We will be back for sure!

The property was comfortable. There were 5 of us but also would have been good for 6. Could definitely use a deep clean and some maintenance. The AC and washer/dryer were loud but it was a consistent white noise. The location was great.
