Super convenient location and the house is well equipped with beach supplies. The golf cart made for easy transportation to the beach, restaurants and pool. Highly recommend this property and neighborhood!

Perfect Beachside Getaway

We had a fantastic stay. The house was spacious and part of a great condominium complex. Easy access to the beach made our days perfect, and we loved being so close to restaurants and stores. Highly recommend!

Convince and comfort

It was a great stay on spring break for the family and very easy access to 30 A with the golf cart and the pool was also a nice feature! The fenced yard set this property apart from the other options as you do not need to be concerned about children or pets venturing and can leave the doors open during nice weather!

We had stayed in this neighborhood a year prior so we wanted to return (with pets this time).We were pleasantly surprised that we found a house which would allow our two small dogs. This house layout was good for me and my husband along with our son, DIL and their 9 y/0 and 3 y/0. The 9 y/o had the loft area w/ 4 twin beds to himself and he loved it. We were surprised that the two bedrooms did not have tvs. The master had a tv, but the remote did not work. Since we were all together for activities and did not travel to FL to watch tv it was not the end of the world. The ice maker did not work, but the host brought us a bag of ice. The golf cart, beach gear and extra supplies beach towels were great. This is a great area just 1/2 mile North of Gulf Place / 30A and beach access. The community pool is amazing! Unfortunately, the water fall features are no longer. One night there was a pizza truck at the pool so we didn’t even have to leave the complex for dinner.

First thing the floors were full of sand, had to sweep. Ice maker and water on refrigerator didn’t work, I messaged everyday and it took 4 days to have them come and fix it. The only tvs are LR, master and upstairs, none in 2 queen rooms. The one in master never would work right, buffering the whole time, never did they fix it. No mixer and no sheet pan at all. The pool was awesome! Golf cart nice , loved having it. Wouldn’t rent this unit again

Excellent location. Place was peaceful and quiet. Golf cart was an awesome perk! Pool was huge and well kept. Pinkie is a great host and responds quickly. Highly recommend, would book again.

We had a wonderful stay and this was the perfect spot for our family. There was plenty of room for everyone, including our dog, and the home was clean and comfortable. The golf cart was a huge bonus and made getting around easy and enjoyable. The location was great, and the pool was excellent—definitely a favorite for our family.The only minor issue was that two of the bikes were not usable: one was missing a pedal and another had a problem with the chain. Other than that, everything was great, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would gladly stay here again.
